Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Hammonton

Came up asked for a birthday cake concrete I've been to 4 other Rita's that can all make it this is the only Rita's that the girls dont know how to make their own products. She tells me they don't have birthday cake water ice I said sweetheart it doesn't have water ice in it it's not the blendini read your own sign she starts making faces and I asked for her managers information she tells me she's the manager I said then you can give me corporates number if your going to sit and make faces at me and tell me that they don't have what 4 other Rita's have when I've been to this Rita's and they've made it. That's poor service and her poor stinking attitude needs a check her coworker began recording as I asked for her name and she told me she doesn't have to give it out so that's fine I took a picture I'll be there tomorrow if youebgoungnyo work customer service and you have an attitude because they told you you made something wrong you shouldn't...

always enjoy whatever I buy from here! They have the best water ice and the smoothest and tastiest custard too! I usually can't decide which one to get so I wind up getting a gelati... I definitely recommend trying a mango and pina colada water ice mixed... With vanilla custard... Or just one mango or pina colada water ice with vanilla custard..they are the best! But everything is amazing there great prices too and excellent service. Located right near everything... You can walk next door to the pawn shop, wawa, Chinese food or go around the corner to the tobacco and new store... there's a pizza place around the corner and more it's in village plaza .. which is a great little spot in Hammonton. Plus they are taking great precautions...

I L♡VE RITA'S!! My family loves them too. The swirl Gelati is my favorite, but this time I got two quarts to share with our big family. We bought Cotton Candy and Mango. The cotton candy went soooo fast (I'm glad that I got some before it was gone). The mango is really good too. The girls at the counter were very nice.

The only thing negative that I can say is that they never seem to have my favorite water ice anymore. The Mint Chocolate Cream is absolutely fantastic, but never seems to be on the menu. Fingers crossed that they bring it...
