My husband and I are Hammonton locals, so of course we are fans of Tacos Al Carbon. We recently got married and decided to self-cater our wedding as the food offered in this town is WAY better than what most caterers could provide us, especially if you are looking for authentic Mexican food. We knew early on into our engagement that we wanted a taco bar at the wedding, so ordering trays from Tacos Al Carbon was an easy choice.

Since the very beginning, the communication from Joanna and Mingui at Tacos Al Carbon was AMAZING. They answered every question we had, recommended several catering options, and even suggested order quantities based on our guest count. They were extremely accommodating to any changes we needed to make, even up until the wedding. This quick and detailed communication just solidified our decision in ordering from them.

We ordered a lot of food, but the pick-up went smoothly and everything was still warm when it arrived at the reception. Our servers were impressed with the food when it arrived and of course, EVERYTHING WAS DELICIOUS. Seriously, it is a month later and we are still getting compliments from our guests about the food we ordered from Tacos Al Carbon. We can't thank them enough providing amazing food for our guests.
