We were originally repeated customers, but will no longer be after tonight’s experience. We ordered food for delivery. The time was pushed back because they were busy which was fine, but after hitting the two hour mark which was 40mins over the time we should’ve received our food, I decided to call for an update. I was told (by Jackie) the food should arrive soon. It didn’t, so I called back and at this point I asked for a full refund and to cancel the order since it’s been too long past the arrival time. I was told that because the food was handed off to the driver, they cannot issue a refund (for food I have still yet to receive & that they still didn’t have an estimated time on). They had stated numerous times to me that they cannot refund my money and I’ll eventually get my food. Just to be clear, I was not offered any compensation, discounts, replacements, etc for the inconvenience and good customer relations. The customer service for this situation was terrible. They refused to refund my money because the food was already made. This was awful customer service by Jackie and we will no longer be ordering from them again. I understand mistakes happen and maybe they’ve underestimated their delivery time by a whole hour, but this entire situation could’ve been handled a lot better in order to avoid losing customers. Read moreYesterday, I decided to treat my lovely girlfriend to a nice pizza for lunch and ordered a Bacon Ranch and Chicken Pizza. There was an option for red sauce, which I specifically chose and knew my girlfriend would like, because she will not eat white pizza because it is too dry. Upon receiving the pizza, we see there is no sauce, which makes it a white pizza. I called the restaurant because I wanted to make it right and get what we asked for. I spoke with the manager, who explained that the pizza is only made as a white pizza. I asked if we could get a refund or new pizza since this one was inedible. And he was rude and would not make it right and claimed I would have to pay full price plus delivery for a new pizza. He also went on to blame me and my girlfriend for ordering it with red sauce when they do not make it with red sauce, despite the red sauce being an option. This manager was rude and disrespectful to not only me but to my girlfriend, I will no longer be a patron of this establishment, given the rotten service I received. Yes, they will at times mess your order up. Example , my pizza was delivered with a burned crust. It is a shame because their pizzas are great. In person, if I ask for my slices to have a crisp crust, they have never been burned. Are you not as careful with delivery because your customer is not there in person ? The wait staff and order takers over the phone do a great job with customer service. Never had a bad experience, thus the three stars. Would rate higher but some of the changes made by the new owner / management is not for the better. Also, it sucks to have your order messed up, when delivered to your home.
