Prime Pizza and Roast Beef Blue House — Restaurant in Hampstead

If I could give them a zero for everything I would. We order for delivery a few weeks back and it was a 85$ order. When I order i asked how long delivery would take and they told me 30 mins. 2 hours later and 3 phone call later our food came cold and disgusting. Our second call to them asking where I food was they lied And told us it was out for delivery, 45 minutes later, with no food, we called again and they said it was being made and being sent out. If our food is cold, I’ll be sending it back and they explained that it was just made and it will not be cold. When the food finally came, 2 plus hours later, the food was disgusting, cold and edible. I called again and told him this food was disgusting and something needed to happen. They asked what do we need? I said I’d like my money back then she put the phone on hold I’m guessing talking to a manager and they said OK but we needed to pack the food up and the delivery driver would be picking it up. I have three kids 8, 6 annd nine months ; it was 8:15 and I told them I needed to get them to bed. We had a horrible experience here just a few days ago. Ordered three pizzas, onion rings and fries. Almost two hours later our food arrives ice cold, and without fries. It's 12 minutes on Google maps. We called a few times to find our food and were told they gave the driver the wrong address, and then called to complain and were told we live to far away (despite them gladly taking our order after giving our address), and that there wasn't anything they'd do about it. I'm not sure if I'm just getting the wrong food based on all these reviews... but... while the people are super nice and the place seems clean... I gotta tell ya... the food is not good. I've tried several different things because honestly they're more convenient than other local places... but at this point... I'm willing to pay the extra money for some flavor. Steak and cheese... no flavor... chicken fingers... no flavor.... calzone... no flavor. Pizza... I ask for slightly less sauce than usual...
