We have been coming here for years. Occasionally we get the wrong pizza or a mistake in the order and it has always been taken care of. A while ago we ordered a 3 ingredient pizza and when we got it home it was a cheese pizza with mushrooms on half. "Always check your order before you leave!" We called and were told that a credit had been added to our account. When we called last Saturday to use the credit we spoke to a girl named Mariah. I gave her the ticket number of the incorrect order, the exact amount and my phone number and name. She told me that she had found the order and all the info was correct but no refund had been recorded . She told us that our account showed no credit, there was no manager to speak with and she wasn't going to just give as a free pizza. This was a much longer and much more insulting conversation but suffice to say we went to a different pizza shop and I made up my mind I would never go back to Cosmos. The next morning I received a call from the owner Ken. he was genuinely upset with how I had been treated and worked very hard to make things right. He was a nice guy and he resolved the issue and I learned that Mariah had told me several things that simply were not true and he resolved all of my issues. Read moreMAKE SURE YOU FOLLOW YOUR COUPON EXACTLY!!!! I’ve ordered from here multiple times & it’s always a hit or miss. I usually only get a small cheese pizza, sometimes it’s great & other times I get it & it’s cold. This time- I received a coupon in my email for being a “loyal customer for one year!” A free Medium 2-topping pizza! Now I’m not a fan of any toppings on my pizza, so I called and ordered a medium cheese pizza, expecting to still be able to use my coupon (saving them money on less toppings even!) but was told I MUST order a 2 topping pizza, even if it’s just “extra cheese”. I asked if they could give me the pizza they already made & just ring it in as an extra cheese? Nope! The only solution the cashier had was to tell me I couldn’t use my coupon & had to pay full price for my pizza. I almost just left! (And should have, the pizza was cold). So not only did I spend more money than I wanted to, ordering a medium instead of my normal small, I now can’t even use the coupon they sent their “loyal customer” because I only like a simple cheese pizza! Crazy to me! Sorry but I won’t be returning.

Delivery driver left pizza outside on a cold and rainy day after apparently trying to get my attention for a while, even though I had no phone calls, my doorbell never rang and I was sitting near the window near my front door the entire time and didn't see him so I'm convinced the driver waited 30 seconds and left with little effort. On top of this, they forgot half of the order so it was only a small pizza that was now freezing cold and rock hard. I'm a pretty easy going guy and called to calmy explain what happened but when I called to request a refund the girl on the phone just went, "okay, we'll do that" then hung up the phone. I have yet to receive a refund days after the incident...
Their service gets worse and worse with every order. The people on the phone are so dismissive and sound like they just don't want to be there and the one time I had a complaint they sounded incredibly burdened by me just wanting compensation for the food I ordered and because of it, days later with no refund, I paid for something I didn't even receive. If I actually got a refund this review wouldn't be necessary but at this point they're screwing up and not compesating people for their mistakes and that's where I take big issue with Cosmos.
