I really do love Dunkin but this particular location is honestly the worst one I have ever encountered. And not just once. It's consistently terrible. Just the last few times we went: Charged for items we didn't get and I didn't notice until after we left. Ordered hot pumpkin coffee. Was handed an iced coffee at the window and then they seemed annoyed when I asked for what I ordered. Ordered hot pumpkin coffee, was given a regular coffee with no pumpkin. Told they were out of pumpkin. Why wouldn't you tell me that when I ordered it? Ordered 2 pumpkin hot coffees at around 2pm. Got on the turnpike before either of us took a sip. Both were barely lukewarm and were clearly from two different pots as one tasted old and scorched and was awful. Tried 4 times to get a spider donut at this location for my child. The final time we went they said they had 5 large orders and didn't make any extra. Donuts are always stale and have almost no filling in them or icing on top. They look so bad it almost seems intentional. This was a while back, but I ordered 5 coffee boxes and 3 hot chocolate boxes for a work event, the day before. Was told no problem, they'd be ready. When I arrived there was one woman working and she scoffed at me when I told her I was there to pick them up and said she didn't have time to make that and "I guess I can do it now" but that it would take a while because she has other stuff to do too. So glad I didn't pre pay. Called another Dunkin and they had the whole order ready in less than an hour.
I guess it's my own fault that I keep going back, but it's so close and convenient that I just keep hoping they'll get it together and do better, but they just never do. It's so frustrating. I'm done with this place. The staff is SO rude all the time and they barely acknowledge you when you walk in. They'll have your mobile order on the counter just out of reach and ignore you until you ask someone more than once to hand it to you. How has corporate let this go on...
Read moreSunday 9/16 Ordered a couple sandwiches and waited for about 15 minutes at pick up counter. After a while, manager making sandwiches called out an order assuming it was mine but I showed her my receipt to let her know what I was waiting on. Said she already called out my order. Mentioned I had been waiting at the counter... not sure how I missed it. (My guess is that it mistakenly went out the drive thru window.) She was rude and made it seem like it was my fault that I didn’t receive my order. A customer waiting next to me was taken back by her attitude toward me. The customer said to me, “It’s not your fault you didn’t get your order. I’ve seen you standing here.” I let the manager know that I’d just take a refund and not to make new sandwiches. Went to get refund at register and manager was needed to complete transaction. The manager announced to the waiting customer, “I can’t make YOUR order right now because I have to give HER a refund.” Customer who heard the earlier exchange met me at the cashier counter and said she wanted a refund also. Told the manager “It’s not right to treat a customer like this.” I was relieved that the customer stood up for me. I actually couldn’t believe this person was a manager with an attitude like that. I mean, it was just a sandwich order mix-up. Not the end of the world. I wasn’t even upset. Definitely won’t go back though. And my husband who stops here every Tuesday will not either. Read moreI have never felt more upset after driving through this specific Dunkin’ Donuts, first off this was my first time at this Dunkin’ Donuts.. actually it was my first time at Dunkin’ Donuts EVER so I had no idea what they were out of or what they even had on the menu and when I asked for a glazed donut the woman in the drive through went off on a rant about how she had to say this for the 10th time today that they were out of glazed donuts, I apologized and asked if I could get donut holes and she went on the same rant about not having that item and told me what they did have with the biggest attitude ever, she mentioned she was having a bad day but you DONT treat somebody with that much attitude and rudeness no matter what day you’ve had, if you need a minute to breathe, drink some water and remember how wonderful life is, take a minute!!
