Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Hampton Township

Best Jersey Mike’s ever. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was so friendly and greeted me like they knew me forever. Everyone had a smile on their face and was making everyone feel welcome. There was clear synergy between the team working here.

Funny story. I typically get a Chipotle Cheesesteak every time I go to Jersey Mikes. It’s been a few months, I was having a long day at work, and I forgot my typical order when I approached the register.

One of the guys at the register asked me what I wanted. I responded with “Umm.. what do I want..” and Nick, who was on the line, looks at me and goes “ This guy wants a cheesesteak!”.

I started busting out laughing because it was actually what I wanted. Then, the guy the cash register looks at me again and asks, “What kind of cheesesteak do you want?” I look at the menu, say “I don’t know”, and he goes “Uh oh… ok. You want a Chipotle Cheesesteak”. I said “Yes! That’s what I always get!”. A girl working the line looks at me and says “We make subs and read minds for a living”.

At this point, we were all cracking up in disbelief, and it was just such an awesome experience before I even got my food. It was so great to be in the energy of others that work hard and have fun at work.

The sub was fresh and amazing. While I was eating, I noticed there were multiple other people that were coming in to pick up DoorDash orders, etc. and again, you’d think the staff knew these customers forever by the way they treated them, and made them feel at home.

I will definitely be back to this Jersey Mike’s. 10...

We don't have a Jersey Mike's where we live, so when I get into town for work I always stop here! This visit was a terrible disappointment for me! We walked in and all 3 employees were sitting at a table on their phones!!! 1 of them sighed because they had to get up to take our order! My 1st thought was to leave and go to Arby's! The most irritating thing is there is dirt and trash all over the floor, every table was filthy dirty and there was no soap in one of the restrooms!!! After taking pictures of some of the dirt the employees got irritated asking what the problem was and after pointing it out and asking who the manager was 1 guy said several of us are, getting ticked because I was taking pictures! Every single person there today should be fired! Worst part was they don't even see the problem and telling me to just leave!!!! Guess I'll cross this place off my list!!!! NO accountability! Ever! The last time I was here it was the same and my wife asked them to clean a table and the kid tried handing her the rag, wasn't...

Until now I've come to this store about once a week and for the last few months. Today I ordered a sub, the largest size "giant", and asked for the two halves to be wrapped separately. I've done this a number of times in the past and they've always done it without issue. I leave a $2 extra tip for the bit of extra work even though it's obviously a pretty small thing, just one extra piece of paper wrapping the sub. But today the employee told me it was somehow impossible because of "budget reasons" ... one piece of paper? For a regular customer? After I already paid and tipped extra to cover this exact request?

That is just pathetic and I'll definitely think twice before coming to this store again since they prioritize one piece of wrapping paper over a regular customer that already paid $2 extra for it. Really disappointing... And if I do go back at some point I just hope the penny-pinching stickler manager isn't on duty since apparently he's the only one who thinks ignoring customer requests is a good way to...
