Aloha ice cream — Restaurant in Hampton

The ice creams me and my friend bought were DISGUSTING! please do not advertise 50 flavors if it’s just vanilla ice cream with chemical syrup mixed in it. It was neon orange and tasted like toilet cleaner. For $6? no. never again, this honestly ruined our day because we were so excited to have this and it was such a let down. There’s 2 tables you can sit in and it’s alright. Nothing special. They also didn’t even have enough $1 bills to give me my change back so I have 8 quarters floating in my bag due to the employees lack of awareness when the $1 bills were getting low! They also were extremely confused, possibly every single one of them were new. Also one of the employees was smoking 2 feet from the building, disgusting and made the whole place smell. Just got into town after a long drive from Pa,had dinner on our way and ended our night with dessert 🍨 at Aloha Ice Cream. They have a huge selection of flavors and we had a hard time deciding. I went with a medium banana waffle cone and my husband got a small strawberry cheesecake waffle cone. I wasn't expecting such a big serving. Well worth the money for the portion and homemade freshness of the ice cream. Have a feeling we will be back several times this week, especially since it's so close to where we are staying. Great service with wonderful and helpful staff who are knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and professional. I only wish that I could leave them a tip on my credit card the owners don’t allow that I guess…cash only tipping!I felt so guilty. So I’m leaving this review in hopes that the owners show these hard working young people to earn the living they deserve…good help is hard to come by....
