horrible horrible service the waitress was super rude firs she try to be funny about my husband t shirt she may got offended but if you dont know that an ATOM MAKE Everything you need to take summer classes at college girl she thought that my husband t shirt was a boys name my husband explained that he is a biomedical scientist and wasn't a name of a boy she got serious then we order a lobster and my scampi she send someone with the food and two plates while she was standing clearly talking about us with two other waitress and the kinda bartender i guess ,we waiting over 30 min when finally realize that it wasn't a lobster coming nad she finally arrive at the table with two bottle of water we ask for the lobster and with a such horrible mood told us that wasn't anymore lobster and the kitchen was close mind you we arrive at 9:30/pm I ask for the check and a box which she not even said a word and just left it at the table. the restaurant view and hotel is nice but before hiring summer kids management need to make sure they want to be there and work there we aren't talking bills of 10.00 we talking people pay good money for good service. if kids like that don't like costumer service experience they should work in a summer camp but not with people who pay for a...

My girlfriend and I asked for outdoor seating. Waited 15 mins and they sat ONE person at one of the 15 available tables outside. I went and informed the hostess while asking if there were 14 people ahead of us (if less than 14, then one table SHOULD be ours). They told me they didn't know. We tried to grab a drink from the bar and they said we can't have drinks if we don't have a table. One seat became available and they said only the person sitting could have a drink. We waited another 30 mins and my gf ended up having a salad (which she said was good). Another 10 mins later, a table became "available" (though there were still 5 tables open). The hostess gave us a note that stated we asked for indoor seating! We asked if they could change it since there are 5 open tables outside and THEY are the ones that messed up. They said that it was physically impossible to change where you sit...? Strange. They also stated that if we wanted to sit outside they wouldn't be able to get us a seat that day...even though it was before 8pm! My gf finished her drink and we left... forever. We were on the beach for my mom’s birthday hoping to get some cocktails, which we did when we ended up going here. Our server was a little bewildered by our order of cocktails and appetizers but he was friendly nonetheless (despite him wearing a Red Sox hat lol). My mother had a 22oz Monsoon Margarita which she enjoyed, my father had a virgin Bloody Mary, and I honestly forgot what I had but it was good. We got an order of coconut shrimp and a sampler platter that had chicken tenders, mozzarella sticks, and potato skins. The shrimp, you can REALLY taste the coconut on the breading, which paired really nicely with the side sauce they give you, almost a mustardy kind of texture but it can’t really be mustard. The chicken, well seasoned, very tender and juicy with that BBQ sauce on point! Mozz sticks, very cheesy like I almost thought I was gonna choke on them, but I’m a good way if it makes sense, and the potato skins, don’t even get me STARTED on them bacon bits.
