I came to this Dunkin hoping to try something new at 7:30 on a Tuesday morning. Firstly, upon arriving at the drive-thru the intercom is beyond loud. It was so loud it sounded like the man taking the orders was hollering through the speaker. You could hear the persons order 3 cars away. Not such a pleasant encounter at 7am the morning. I wanted to try the âBrown Sugar Hazelnut Oat Iced Latteâ. The guy that was taking my order needed to SLOW DOWN and LISTEN to exactly what the customer is asking for and stop rushing or assuming he knows what the drink it is. I had to repeat the drink order 3 times because he says, âwhat did want again?âŠokay, So you want a brown sugar shaken esspresso? I didnât see it up hereâ (thatâs Not what I ordered) but Iâm thinking he knows what im talking about. I then pull up the Dunkinâ App and repeat the name of the Exact drink that I wanted back to him. Seems like he didnât take the time to actually look for the actual drink button or maybe ask for help if he didnât see it on his POS screen because he was rushing. When I arrived to the pick up window Iâd seen how dark my drink was, it certainly did not look like a âLatteâ. I paid, pull off and stopped and looked at the ticket on my cup, it said âBrown Sugar Shaken espressoâ. Thatâs not even what I ordered, I ordered a Latte. So I had to circle around, get back in line and tell the lady at the window that my drink was missing 3 pumps of Hazlenut because thought that was how the drink was supposed to look. I even pulled up my Dunkinâ App up and showed her the drink that it was supposed to be where it tells you the ingredients/how itâs supposed to be made. She was nice but She looked at the drink on my app and says I got you and then I hear her tell a girl in the back, âYou forgot to add the Hazlenut in the drinkâ when in fact it wasnât the girls fault it was the guy over the intercom putting in the wrong order in the first place. The lady at the window hands me the drink and nicely says okay try it nowâŠI thank her and take the drink and pull off. It wasnât until I got home to look at the actual app I realizad The drink I received wasnât even an actual Latte it was just a shaken espresso. The drink tasted absolutely horrible, and I was already frustrated on the way home So when i got home I had To add Almond Milk and Flavored Creamer to get it to a Latte style drink. Crazy how the lady at the window didnât even catch that the drink wasnât even The right drink even after showing her the drink it was supposed to be in the app. I donât think the workers even know the menu well here because orders have been wrong looking at other reviews. Nonetheless, My visit was just very disappointing and I WASTED My Gift Card here and on this order. This was my first time coming back to this Dunkin after 2-3years because I had a horrible experience last time with some very young employees getting an attitude because of my skimp hash brown order. My drink pictured is after I fixed it up. When I got it, it was as dark as the dark brown Câs on the ipad case in the back. I spent $14 on that and a bacon egg and cheese croissant that didnât really taste...
Read moreThe internet in my apt goes out sometimes if it rains a lot so I went to DD to use their wifi so to update my phone b/c my browser wasn't working right. I wasn't bothering anyone. Just sitting by the store out of the way. A guy who I assume to be the mgr came out and looked at me as if me sitting there was a problem so I nicely asked him if it was. He said "no" and we had a 2 or 3 minute dialogue about his new tattoo. He went back in the store. Employees kept coming outside watching me and when one of them opened the door, I heard the same guy I spoke to use expletives in referring to me as if it was a problem with me being there. I wasn't bothering anyone or anything though. I left to go buy some cigarettes from the 7-11 behind the store and when I came back, employees were still standing outside eyeing me so I left. I don't appreciate being treated as if I'm trespassing or bothering someone when I wasn't. If they thought I was up to no good their responsibility was to call the authorities... not to engage in harrassment. They acted like I'd been out there for hours or wasn't welcome to be there or was bothering them or customers. I used to go there sometimes to buy coffee and doughnuts but after that experience, I'll never go back and I contacted corporate about their attitude...
Read moreI go here because it is close to my work. I order on the app, so I can be sure my order is correct (before the app this place NEVER EVER got the order correct). For a while, it worked out well, but a few months ago (actually more like 9) this location got a new manager and it is just AWFUL. They are nearly ALWAYS out of bagels (especially Everything). You would think if you regularly run out, you would order more quantity, but no. And once you order a bagel on the app, they refuse to refund so you HAVE to get something else whether you want to or not.
Today I ordered on the app from the parking lot and then pulled into line. I got to the window literally seconds after I hit order. Yet hmm my "toasted bagel" was already ready??? No. Today they surprisingly actually had the everything bagels, but I ordered it toasted and it wasnt toasted, and when they put cream cheese on it, they barely skimmed the surface. AND its cold. It's like someone else ordered this not toasted with light cream cheese and then didn't want it so they saved it for the next order. Ugh. Its so gross. This is literally the worst dunkins location ever. The one up by Denbeigh puts 3 or 4 times this amount of cream cheese, and never forgets to toast the...
