I have been to this McDonalds 4 times in the last 3 months and every single time I have gone, they have either got my order wrong or I sat waiting for 15 minutes or longer.
When a 9 and 7 year old child say lets just go somewhere else and you are sitting in the McDonalds line after having just ordered them a Happy Meal and Combo... there is something wrong with that picture.
This last occasion, I drove up to order and was immediately met with a hostile and annoyed sounding person on the other end. You see, to me, when it comes to customer service. The person who is about to spend money at your establishment and thus contribute to your paycheck and the whole reason you have a job in the first place is about to order, you don't make that person feel like a burden. The customer is not a burden... That's all Im saying. I wasn't even ordering anything complex. On this past occasion I ordered, 2 McDoubles 2 McChickens 2 Small Fries and a Large Sweet Tea, perfect for my girlfiend and I right?
Yeah, my kids have just chosen to not go to McDonalds if they know which one I am going to at this point. So they chose leftovers, over a happy meal... I think that says something.
Back from the sidebar, I order even though I feel like I am interrupting whatever it is that the person taking my order feels is more important. I get up to the line after ordering, literally, just one person in front of me, I waited 8 full minutes. Which, on paper doesn't sound like a lot, but, when you are sitting in your car and its idling and you just got off work and its almost 10 oclock and there is hardly anybody in line, its an eternity.
I take my food and politely drive away. Once home, I check my bag and realize... The order is wrong. Not only did she charge me for what I ordered, she didn't even give me what I ordered. Suffice it to say, McDonalds would have to do a helluva lot to bring me back to this place. IDK. maybe if I see an under new management sign and the front desk is staffed by tablets I can put my own...
Read moreThis place is a disaster. My father goes here three to four times a week to get my mother breakfast. He had been doing this for the last three years and orders the EXACT same thing everytime for my mother. He also orders two or three breakfast burritos. If it is after 8:30/9:00am there is an ice cubes chance on the sun that they have the burritos. In his last 17 visits he has gotten burritos twice. (This is not an embellishment) On top of the burrito fiasco the order for my mother is messed up in some way 75% of the time. My mother gets the ham egg mcmuffin WITHOUT cheese a diet coke large with lite ice.. Wrong drink, wrong food, wrong size, cheese on mcmuffin, no ice, all ice. A bag with only a straw and napkins. (Not a joke I was the one who checked the bag) When you ask for the manager, you might as well talk to the clerk at 7/11 across the street because the McDonald's crew are oblivious. On Thursday March 17th, 2021 I found they had left two burgers and a fry off of my order so I called. When they answered the phone I asked for the manager. After waiting a short amount of time a manager answered in the middle of explaining the problem she hung up on me. I called back asked for the manager hung up again. Over the course of the next 15 minutes I called 30 times only to be hung up on 6 times and the rest went un answered. When I took my receipt back they told me that to many orders had went through and they wouldn't be able to confirm my order. These people...
Read morePrior to my arrival got on line and saw a parked truck where you give your order. After about 6 mins he drove off in frustration. Went up to place my order right before 11, posted says closes at 12. There was no response after I had said hello 3 times. I drove up slightly to make my way to the next window and could not believe what I saw. The woman was sleeping!! I wish I had taken a picture. I parked the car and attempted to walk inside but all the doors were locked. However there was a man standing by the sleeping woman laughing and texting on his phone. I made myself visible so they could both see me by the window and make eye contact and ask why they were closed prior to 11 when It says 12 closing time. The man nudges the woman to wake up and they look at me surprised like if they were in trouble. They stare at me without saying hi or were closed, but instead walk to the register and stare down at it to ignore me. I wait to be noticed again and when I was I point at my wrist and ask what time do you close? To which they respond we are busy.. I was so frustrated at this point. Unacceptable! I just caught you sleeping not even 3 mins ago but you're too busy. I hope those employees enjoy the paycheck they are stealing from this company with their mediocrity and laziness.
