While the food at this location is consistently great, the customer service has become unacceptable. During a recent visit, I requested a simple correction, only to have the manager respond by telling me to "calm down" despite my approach being respectful and reasonable. This kind of dismissive behavior is both unprofessional and disappointing. It’s clear that staff are not properly trained in basic customer service. No one writes down orders, which leads to frequent mistakes and rather than taking responsibility, they double down when things go wrong. The overall attitude across all levels of support reflects a lack of accountability and care.
