Valle Grullense — Restaurant in Hanford

Very disappointed, it's was our Father's Day dinner, which we knew it would be busy and we were okay with that. Started off with our drinks waitress brought straws for everyone but one, we had wave down another waitress because our waitress was no where to be found. Once she came back she took our order and we had asked for some salsa and we never got that. We noticed everyone that was sat down 20-30 minutes after us was getting checked repeatedly and their food was brought out to them before ours. An hour later our waitress told us that our ticket was never printed and given to the kitchen but she claimed it was in the system but continued to ask us what we ordered and that she would rush it out, our food was not made properly. Once we did get our food they were all brought 15 minutes separately. She offered to take off the drinks from our ticket to make things right. So much for our fathers day dinner. They also failed to give us the correct meals, all of our meals were wrong after waiting an hour to receive them! Worst customer service ever and it’s so hot in there, everyone...

Been to this place a few times service is usually fast. This last time I went we ordered chicken flautas & the shredded beef flautas & they brought 2 plates shredded beef. I told the waitress & instead of apologizing she said NO its chicken its chicken & I kept telling her no its not. She refused to take my plate back and came back a few minutes later with THE COOK! i was so irritated by then the cook even said they were both shredded beef so they finally took my plate back recooked it and when they brought it out everyone else was done so i just took it to go. & noone ever came back out to apologize. We got 2 bills from 2 different waitresses one was cheaper so we figured it was a discount for messing up our order but then the ORIGINAL WAITRESS CAME OUT WITH A MORE EXPENSIVE ONE AFTER WE HAD HANDED OUR MONEY TO THE OTHER ONE AND SHE SAID NO AND CHARGED US THE MORE EXPENSIVE TAB. We got a campechana well served not skimpy at all overloaded, but sadly my husband didn't not like it as it tasted as if the shrimp was not fully washed and was way to fishy and the pulpo (octopus) looked more like a white rubber and a bit outdated. So he had to send it back completely after one bite ok f it. But needless to say we ordered chicken enchiladas and Chile rellenos those were very delicious 😋 Highly recommend them everything else was perfect. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant, we will stay away from the seafood to be on the safe side, but the rest of the food I give a 10. Maybe we just had a bad day on the seafood I'm sure they have had better days and sadly we just had that bad experience. But I won't knick them for that. I do recommend anyone to visit if you re in the area. Now AC needs to get fixed for sure especially being in the central valley with this weather. It gets really busy in there and it gets a bit warm.
