Ordered a Venti White Chocolate Mocha Breve extremely hot, Pumpkin Spice Latte Breve with regular heat and a Venti Water. My brother went with me to pick up the order but he was the one driving. That was a mistake since he doesn't frequent starbucks. The barista didn't give us a drink carrier and my brother didn't think it was strange how light the White Mocha was when it was handed to him. When I got home I handed over the drink but it felt really light. My mother opens it up and the drink was only half full and cold. Initially I tried to give the benefit of the doubt and say that the whip cream melted but I ordered at 8:11pm which the app said to pick up in 3-6 minutes. I got there at 8:17pm through the drive thru and even the service was lack luster/awkward. My drink came out just how I wanted it but my mom was the one with the idea and it was pure disappointment. The contents of the drink fit into a 10oz mug which we then reheated it in the microwave. This kinda thing happens a lot at this Starbucks and the one on 12th Ave. You'd think I'd know better by now. I think I'm taking my business to Dutch Bros even if it is pricier. The drinks are so creamy smooth and the service is A1! Been there in Renton, WA. Denver, CO. which they never disappoint and now lil Hanford...
Read moreMan, I would say that these particular starbucks employees are NOT amongst the brightest of the lot, I bring my personal cup to cut a little on waste, order my drink (with NO wipp) and hand over my cup to the girl behind the counter who then proceeds to grab a paper cup, put the label on it and my cup inside of it!, then the girl making the drinks takes my personal cup out of the paper one, makes a drink (with wipp) and pours it in the paper cup, brings it to the pick-up area and walks away, so there i sit waiting for my drink, later the girl who took my order comes around the counter to give the other one a hand, mind you there is only one other customer inside, she reads the name of the paper cup and looks at me saying "your coffee is ready" and when I point out that its not my cup she then proceeded to grab mine from the counter, scoop out and trow away the melted wipp from the drink, and simply pour the same coffe into my cup and yes, you guessed it, put more wipp on it! I just grabbed my cup and left, pour the coffee in the planters as I was walking to my car and went to 7/11, bought a $1.25 coffee #kidsthesedays #nodiplomaneeded...

But the wash station is disgusting. The bathrooms do not have sinks, only toilets. You now have to wash your hands in public view. But the worst part is, after doing your business, your nasty, dirty hands touch the doorknob. Thus leaving your mess for others to touch.
What brainiac thought this was a great design?
Thank you for the Veteran's Day coffee. Clean, but as a senior, not the mom & pop coffee house. A minimalistic design, not a very warming atmosphere. 8+ employees yakking away. Too loud. So much chit-chat. I can see why some have issues with their orders. Either way the coffee was ok.
Lastly, my wife collects their Venti Tumblers,.but you'll never get them here. When new releases are out, employees grab them up for friends to resell....
