Port of Subs — Restaurant in Hanford

I’ve never cared for Port of Subs due to the poor quality of food and service over the years. I decided to try it again since it has been a few years. Boy was that a mistake. I ordered the teriyaki chicken melt with extra teriyaki sauce. What I got was a disgusting mess. No teriyaki sauce whatsoever but they were kind enough to drown the sandwich in a river of mayonnaise. I couldn’t even take a bite it looked so gross. A friend tried it and spit it out. What a waste of money. Whoever made this should be ashamed to hand that abomination to a paying customer. It's an okay sandwich place but the staff seemed a bit out of it the day I visited. The girl at the register couldn't hear what I was asking for and she asked me to repeat 3 times. The guy making the sandwiches was slicing the meat and didn't clean the slicer in between meat or cheeses.(Possible future health hazard) I understand the motto is freshly cut and freshly made for places like this, however, safety is more important. The sandwich in the end was rather soggy and flimsy once I sat down to eat it. The lettuce was over done and the mayo-mustard mix sauce was excessive. Aside from this, it was simply an okay...

Went in to order to go, asked for double meat on a small and a large... small was 8 pieces which was fine, the large, we were told, was 10 pieces of meat per large sandwich😒 how does a small get 8 pieces (double meat) and a large get 10? 🤔 what happens with a medium? The large should at least get 12? Correct? Was treated so rudely by the kid who started the sandwiches, I think I will not go back. Horrible service. Greatly disappointed. Oh, and even worse, he tried to give me the butt end of the ham when he had the whole chub. Very poor service. And we have frequented this...
