I always wonder why no one comes to this place on 11th Ave. It's always empty. So I called and I ordered to go . 1 Torta 3 tacos. The tacos I asked if they could fry my tortilla. And if they don't fry to just let me no I will order something else. They said they could fry the tortilla. I told them are you sure, because I don't like the bought taco shell. I wanted my tortilla fry. They said yes. Well I go pick up my order and I end up getting the taco shells from the store. Mine you I told them if it's from the store in a box I will order something else. I end up getting home looking at my order very upset. Then instead of 1 tortilla I look at my receipt and I'm paying for 2 Tortas not one and these dam 3 store bought taco shells. I called talk to the little girl up in the front. Was very rude. I told her what they did. And she said ( oh well , you can choose to go else where if you want. Ya Now I know why no one goes there. Never see no one there. People are very rude. That little girl up in the front needs to get replaced , and they need to just be honest with what they do and don't do . If they have bought the taco shells or make there own fry taco shells. I could of order something else if this very rude little girl didn't get so rude. The owner needs to replace this little girl... Just way to rude. Been going there over a year now. Been ordering 3 carne asad tacos with beans and rice plate for the whole time. Today was different no beans or rice. Brought it up to the manager and got attitude. Was told it is what she says it is. I take my mechanics and car club there. Well i use to now just one person caused this bad review. I work in customer service if she would have said its a couple of extra dollars i would have paid. But now she has lost the store hundreds of dollars a week and i see customers all day long and now i will tell every single customer how bad the customer service was there. I placed an order ordering TWO ASADA NACHOS, not CHICKEN. Not once did I say chicken. I specifically said “can I place an order of 2 asada nachos with guacamole and pico on the side”. When I got there I was given chicken. She was being rude saying I said chicken but I did not. Not only that, she was on the phone taking a catering order. Maybe it could’ve been that she was putting down chicken for the catering order, or she obviously wasn’t listening because she was busy doing something else and misheard wrong. Not only that, but she didn’t want to give me a refund saying they “don’t do refunds”.
