I ordered ahead through the app at 445pm for a pickup at 6pm. I arrived at taco bell at 615pm to pick up my order in store and surprisingly taco bell had not received my order. I double checked everything on my order confirmation and it was legit. I was asked for my order number in-store and they were able to find my order online which apparently didn't make it through to the store. The store must have been super busy (or short staffed) because it took 20 mins to make my order. Also, I made another order thru the computer kiosk shortly after receiving my 1st order. The 2nd order included tek cheesy fiesta potatoes and 1 cinnamon twist. I received my 2nd order about 7 to 8 mins later but they forgot to put the cinnamon twists in my order. Overall, it was a bad experience ordering from the app and the self kiosk in store. I will be sure not to use either of the two next time and I will just order verbally in store.

Read moreBought the $5 loaded nacho box for my wife only to find out that they filled the accompanying taco with a plastic lid. Not a tiny piece.. An entire lid! How does one wrap a soft taco and not realize that a plastic lid is packed inside? Called the store, lady answers, asked to speak with the manager and she hangs up on me. Tried to call back several times and get a busy signal for a couple of minutes before it rings again and the same lady answers. Asked if she was the manager, she said she was and as I start to complain, she says she can't hear me and hangs up again. So I took the taco, my receipt and drove to the store and asked to speak with the manager again. The manager shows up, I explain the situation, show her my receipt and taco. When I was done, they very first words out of her mouth was "do you want another box?" what happened to a simple apology? I asked her that and her response? "sorry, do you want another box?" Read moreI used the app to order food. App said it should be ready in 10 mins. That's good. I live 10 mins away. I have 4 hungry girls waiting. Goto drive through. Give them my name. Girl says to pull ahead. Gives me my drinks, Asks me to please pull ahead, they will bring me out my food. 15 mins later I get my food. Upon checking my order. My protein bowl, looks like it was eaten already, The food seems to be on the cold side. And I'm missing 5 of my items. Go back through the drive through (dine in closed) Wait for others to order. Tell the girl the issues, back at the window. and they just hand me a bag. Like I caught them or something not giving food out.
