SNEAKY BUSINESS! BUYER BEWARE! While the restaurant may offer good food (not great), they lack any customer service and are quite aggressive when they are in the wrong. I ordered a small meal and they were two hours late. I called and asked for a manager. I was met with "We have no manager!" I demanded a refund. "Why?! We're busy! Can't you hear the phones?!" I insisted further for the refund, then the rude individual HUNG UP on me. I called back and said "Don't you EVER hang up on me!" Then he cowered and said "I no hang up on you." I DEMANDED the refund; his response? "FINE! IF FOOD SHOW UP YOU KEEP IT OR NOT, WE DON'T CARE!" He never issued the refund and I have had to go through my bank to file a claim against them. Rude , overpriced and dirty! The dinning room is nasty . Food and stains on the table clothes. If the dinning room which looks like is never used is filthy just imagine how the kitchen must be. I ordered hot tea but when I asked the waitress for sugar, she said they only have splenda. I cant eat splenda so I asked for a water instead but she insisted I pay for the tea which I never touched THEN-- was rude and said "maybe the problem is me "?!?# what the heck . I ordered my food on grub hub at 5:05pm. Twin dragon confirmed they got the order and at 6:50pm I called to make sure it was coming and the guy said he never got the order. I have had grub hub call me before because a restaurant did not receive my order, so I know he was lying. I asked him if they don't work with grub hub then, and he said oh wait I see your order, we over looked it. It will be there in 20 minutes. I am not usually a controversial person but the fact that they are not doing anything about their mistake even though I spent over $50.00 there for my family really upsets me.
