McDonald's — Restaurant in Hanover Township

Absolutely a NO!! Young staff serving at the counter incredibly rude. They were dishonest with me when I asked if the manager were in the restaurant and available. When I did get to speak with the manager later she told me he was completely available the whole time. He admitted that the counter worker made up a story that he was in a meeting and could not be disturbed. Made me wait 20 minutes to talk with him. He was upset with the fact that they lied as well. Two of the workers who spoke a language other than English which I am also fluent in and happened to be able to understand the conversation spoke about me unkindly in front of me. I had done nothing other than ask to speak with a manager when they would not honor a request for a refund after they only put one breakfast sandwich in the bag but I paid for two. It was silly and should have been avoided from the very start. It was not their place to take up an issue with me regarding a mistake that one of the workers made. I had spoken with a manager over the phone before I went in who said just come back in and we'll take care of it, but the 2 young female Latino staff members in the front would not do it for me. Extremely odd and uncalled behavior. Definitely will never return to that...

This is the second time I order from this place and the attitude is the complete worst today I came in with a free meal card because last ttime they gave me filet in a spicy delux. And when I came back to fix my order I brought my receipt and stated what was wrong with the sandwich and I open the box and she said back to me “what’s the problem” Didn’t even bother to look inside.. to me that’s crazy I wasn’t even upset I just wanted my sandwich. So today I come in with the card and I get the spicy delux with a caramel frappe . once again they didn’t give me a caramel frappe and gave me coke instead I told them I said frappe and the manager kept shaking her head at the other employee and said I did not I then stated I did the manager didn’t bother to even look at me . I told her to get the other girl that took my order because she told you frappe about 3 times and I still left without my frappe . Didn’t even say a word to me just brushed it off .. it’s McDonald they shouldn’t even have attitude as much as they do.. I will not be returning to this location. If you want an attitude this the perfect place...

This is the first negative review I have ever posted. For some reason, every single time I order here (at least once per month for the last 1 year or so) something is wrong with my order. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about the food quality, but they literally get my order wrong every single time I go there. Today I ordered two sausage, egg & cheese biscuits meals and one sausage mcmuffin meal. When I got home, I realized to my dismay that I only had 2 sandwiches. The last time I ordered here, they left out the cheese. The time before that they left out the sausage. All the times before that, something was missing. The one thing they never forget is the egg, which I could live without since it has no flavor anyways, but without the cheese, or the sausage, the sandwich means nothing to me. I love Mcdonalds breakfast menu but I will now have to drive a few extra miles to take my business elsewhere. I am done with this place. I am leaving this place with two stars instead of one since they corrected my order after I drove back to the restaurant and complained to...
