Wow! What a fantastic family lunch we just had at Panera Bread! 😊 From the moment we walked in, we knew we were in for a treat. The restaurant was spotlessly clean and the temperature was just perfect - talk about excellent climate control!

The staff greeted us with warm smiles and got our orders sorted in no time. Their friendliness and efficiency really set the tone for a great meal. And let's talk about the food - absolutely delicious! Everything tasted so fresh and flavourful. The best part? It didn't break the bank! Panera's reasonable prices mean we can enjoy quality food without worrying about the bill.

It was the ideal setting for our family to relax, chat, and enjoy each other's company over a wonderful meal. The kids were happy, we were happy - it was just an all-around fantastic time!

I came in for a order that was ready at 5:54, I had arrived there then and waited over 15 minutes with my bag sitting there because they needed to ask me to substitute a bagel they didn't have, since I got there I was hovering around there front counter and nobody asked for me or even noticed I was standing there waiting for my food. This is abysmal costumer service. Never once have they gotten my order correct

This is the worst Panera bread I have ever been to

On 3 different occasions I placed an online order and they never get the order right

The food usually comes out 15-20 minutes after the specified pickup time after this the food is inevitably cold

Every time I try to call telling them that the order was incorrect I got hung up on on these 3 occasions I have been here.

I went to Panera drive thru and ordered $50 worth of food for my family. When I got home, everything was completely wrong. They gave me the wrong order. Not a single item was correct. Normally, you would just drive back and have them correct the mistake. But this Panera is 20 minutes from my home. I called and spoke to the manager, Michelle, and asked her if she could just refund my debit card. She said she could not but that the next time I’m in the area, ask for her and she will take care of what happened. That’s great and all, but I went in on 3 separate occasions and every time I went, she wasn’t there. I explained the situation to their cashier and they said I needed to speak to Michelle. So let me get this straight, Panera completely messes up every single item in a $50 order, then they refuse to refund the payment on a card, then they waste our time driving back there 3 times. Don’t go here…it’s not worth the...
