Staco'N Madre Mexican Cantina Grill — Restaurant in Hanover Township

I had a fantastic experience at Staco’n Madre! This rustic restaurant serves a variety of menu items but the draw was the truly flavorful tacos served on perfectly warm, toasty tortillas. I ordered three tacos for dinner: grilled chicken, chorizo, and steak — each generously filled with protein and topped simply with fresh cilantro and onion. The grilled chicken was tender and well-seasoned, though I wished for just a pinch more salt to make it pop. What really stood out were the accompanying sauces — a smoky chipotle tomato and a creamy avocado — both added wonderful layers of flavor that elevated the tacos even further.

I rarely write reviews, since this was an Amazing experience, it was a must. To say we LOVED Staco'N Madre is an understatement. From being greeted warmly when we entered, the excellent food, learning about the cooking style and inspiration from the owner/chef, and the cozy home like environment. Now, back to the food; we ordered the Huarache Con Madre, meat combination, for 2. WOW!!! The flavor was incredible tasty and fresh, the vegetables were grilled, and all of the meats were cooked to perfection. The food and atmosphere felt like were with friends at home. It is awesome to find a small restaurant that still focuses on the food; fresh, quality of ingredients, and homemade. We will be back and have and will continue to recommend it to family...
