I wish I could leave zero stars, unfortunately I cannot. I ate in this restaurant twice because I was staying in the hotel this past weekend for a convention for my favorite tv show. I have a severe gluten allergy and while my experience Friday evening was fine, my experience Saturday night was horrifying to say the least. I ordered a GF quesadilla for the second time and an hour after eating I started feeling nauseous, I threw up a few times Saturday night and felt a bit better. Sunday morning I started having some blurry/double vision, which I get from eating gluten. I immediately knew the quesadilla I was served the night before, was indeed NOT gluten free. I had several hours left of the convention to enjoy and autographs to get on Sunday, however, my time was cut short because I could no longer handle being there because I was nauseous and light headed all day. I’m glad my mom and I left when we did because we had to pull over so I could throw up on the side of the highway and I was sick the rest of the night until today. For a restaurant that has a separate menu for gluten free items, I thought I was relatively safe. I know I take a risk of getting sick when I eat out, but I can honestly say in the year of having to go gluten free, this is the first meal I’ve been served at a restaurant that was completely wrong like that… With that being said, Heads up to anyone with a Gluten allergy or Celiac Disease this place might not be your...

Unexpected Gem This was a little gem that I didn't expect. As soon as you walk in you're taking back to another time with a small fireplace and a wall of books. On one side there is a bar that's bustling with people chatting away and on the other side an area to enjoy being more an observer. Almost all angles allow you to see sports playing on the TV. But let's get to the food. I stayed for the week and ate there twice. The first night I had their chicken pot pie and it wasn't just any chicken pot pie it was fantastic. Puff pastry, chicken and vegetables... More than I expected both in size and deliciousness. The second night I had their Guinness braised short ribs, that fell apart with my fork. Now we can get to the people, greeting me at the front door was a lovely woman named Mercy. She is happy and helpful and generally just a joy. All the servers were amazing Mike, Tony and I did not get the chef's name but he came out to check on various people's meals. I would highly recommend this place if you just wanted a pint and some pickies or a full-on comfort meal. As an added consideration, they were very clean and careful to position people in an area they felt comfortable with during these...

My company spent a week here recently. We owe them a debt of thanks for being such rockstars. Firstly, Mike and the team were absolutely on it. Some of the best pub service I've experienced ever. Super quick, professional, friendly. Really knew their stuff. Secondly, the food service was as fast as you want it to be at a pub, and it was tasty and well-prepared. I really appreciate the vegan/vegetarian food options. Nice and approachable beer and whiskey, plus some thoughtful but simple cocktails. The atmosphere is very cool, and very comfortable. The "snug" in the back corner is my favorite spot. Highly recommend stopping by, should you find yourself here. Thanks Auld Shebeen for the true...

I’ve been to a lot of pubs on the east coast, but this one is special. Authentic pieces of Ireland inside and the atmosphere puts you setting in a pub in Dublin. Great place and staff. Food was fresh and served proper. We had the Rusty Irishman drink “ like an old fashioned” and came back a second day to enjoy another round. Great place to rest up and enjoy the east coast before headed into the city. I would recommend a stop and rest over.

What a beautiful hole-in-the-wall gem! The staff (especially Lauren and Tony) were incredible, made us feel so special. This is not a bar, it’s an experience. Such a great way to close out EVERY NIGHT of our 5 day vacation. Get like home. I was also shocked at the quality of food! My salad was so beautiful and delicious, not what I expected for a pub. So impressed, all the feels, can’t wait to come back.
