Terrible terrible terrible experience. I wanted to love this place because it’s local and had seen good reviews on facebook. For beginners, it took exactly 25 minutes before the server took our coffee order. It took about 15 minutes to bring the coffee. We asked for tea spoons before she walked away but she never brought them so we had to stir our coffee and cream using knifes. 45 minutes later they finally take our order. While we waited I saw the couple seating next to us try to flag down someone to take their order. That server apologized and told them they were behind because they were trying to serve a bigger party. An hour and half later we get our food which was just ok. We were supposed to get pancakes with one of our meals but instead got 2 sausages, didn’t bother to complain because I asked for Tabasco sauce and again for tea spoons. She brought the spoons eventually but not the sauce. We finally got the bill (we could not wait to get out of there) and at the time we went to pay she comments “oh we don’t have any hot sauce”. We also saw an older couple walk out because they were smart enough to realize that it would take them probably an hour before their order was taken. In summary, we paid 78.00 dollars for “mediocre food”, terrible service all while we wasted 2 hours! Never again. Message to “the boss”: get better or more staff members, I am 1 out 3 families that were there looking miserable and you had one couple walk out. If this doesn’t call out for change I think you need to reconsider opening for breakfast, maybe dinner experience is...
Read moreMy wife and I visited on 12/30 for dinner at about 5:15pm. Went inside and the place was empty except for one table of two people. When we were being seated, I noticed that table for two was exceptionally small. The type of small where you have to juggle your plates and glasses and silverware so nothing falls off. We asked to be seated at one of the tables for four -- mind you....no one was there. The waitress said no -- all the tables for four were reserved. We left and went to Four Seasons in town. We passed by on our way home, about 40 minutes later....and the restaurant was still only half filled with open tables for four still available. This is just dumb management -- you have empty tables and hungry customers. Sit them! I know some places like to save larger tables in case larger parties come in, but it's silly to pass up paying customers when there's no one at your tables and no one at your bar. Good luck....but you better become more customer friendly or you won't have to worry about bad reviews in the future because no one will come in based on...
Read moreI love that this place is just a 5min drive away in downtown Bartlett. It adds to the vibrancy of the local nightlife. I love the variety of food options available—pasta, burgers, steak, salad, desserts. The menu is well thought out. My husband and I got the fried calamari, burrata caprese salad, The 1920 and Mushroom Swiss burgers w/ fries, and The Cover Up (tiramisu) for dessert. Enjoyed all of it. The interior decor/restaurant theme is fun, elevated and has great vibes. Sophisticated casual. The crowd is a diverse mix of demographics. I like that there’s a separate carry out station which we definitely plan to use next time. The service is friendly and efficient. Plus the owner Gino is personable and I can tell genuinely cares about the business. He told us about their private event space area in the adjacent unit with a lounge on the bottom level complete with darts and cards. Sounds like a good opportunity to rent next time we’re hosting an event. Highly recommend if you’re in the nearby area! Looking forward to getting breakfast here soon.
