Ordered a Son of a baconator and got something else. Didn't realize until I had already drank soda and ate fries (I eat my sandwich last). I always check my burgers because now days because workers just throw whatever they want into your food. So when I checked it had lettuce, onions and tomatoes. I quickly wrapped it up and went to my fridge to eat something else and I called Wendy's to let them know. It was late and was not driving back 20min round trip for THEIR mistake. I go back a day or 2 later but call before arriving and the manager has to actually "think" about if she's going to correct my order by placing me on hold and then just says ok. I arrive 10mins later with the incorrect sandwich in hand and my phone to show her proof of purchase. She gave a dirty bothered look as if I was there to get free food or a free meal. She disregarded what I was trying to show her to tell me she's only replacing the sandwich and not the entire meal. I gave her a duh look like I never asked for a free meal, I want the sandwich I paid $8 for and didn't get. There was a lady in front of me whom she chatted cheerfully in Spanish, smiling and giggling. But when she gave me my food she threw it down (By the way the sandwich was not freshly made, I watch them "warm" it up and throw it on a bun and when I opened it there was plastic on the bun) and just stared at me. I grabbed another worker (Benjamin) to take a separate order because the manager was going to make me jump over the counter with her racist demeanor and incompetence. The manager then turned around and I'm pretty sure was taking about me in Spanish with her Amigos as they all hovered, looked at me then laughed at the same time. All of the workers here are Hispanic (some diversity would be nice). Another time I had my drink purposely diluted with water because the cashier thought I was laughing or making fun of her when I actually was laughing at my passenger in my car. Rude ghetto workers that mess up your food and then treat you like a criminal when you go to get it corrected. And the fact that the "manager" is leading a nasty example for her coworkers to follow.    Read moreI went to the drive threw and I could see everything that was ordered by the person in front of me, I ordered two chocolate frosties, the young women told me they only have pumpkin spice, I said that is okay we will have that, she said okay and didnât give total, I just drove to the first window. Then when I got to the window she took my debit card and shoved a shake into my hand saying âhere!â and then the other shake she shoved it into my hand saying âhere!â and also my debit card with receipt she shoved it in my hand also and said âhere!â And while all this was happening her manager was lecturing her in Spanish about somthing else and witnessed her doing this to my wife and I, so when I left I told the young women âWow just rush us and throw the orders at us huh?â, it wasnât worth the visit even though it tasted good. Iâm making the review because it is still on my mind that we were treated this way and even the manager saw it and didnât seem to do anything about it.

However when I passed it to go to the Panera bread next door I saw the lights inside or on so I decided to give it a shot. I took the drive thru cuz I was on a lunch break, and knew exactly what I wanted. So I asked for number 6 medium before I even got the words out of my mouth the hostess was barking at me to get to the second window. According to my receipt her name was Gabriella. When I got to the second window somebody else handed me whatever drink order Gabriela had decided was good enough for me instead of what I wanted to order.
