Arby's — Restaurant in Hanover

We ate at the restaurant on August 15 at 6 pm. As soon as we walked in we noticed the floors were filthy and sticky. Yes our shoes stuck to them! We ordered our meal; I ordered the advertised meal of Hushpuppy Breaded Fish Sticks. The wait was really long. When my name was called, I went to get our food. I wanted tartar sauce with the fish sticks (it's advertised with the meal) but was told that they were out of tartar sauce for the ENTIRE promotion and that they company made more fish than tartar sauce.

The food was luke warm. The cherry turnover was very cold in the middle.

The restaurant in general was filthy. The bathrooms had lights that didn't work. The stalls were dark. There was trash on the floors. The employees were wearing filthy clothes that were covered in paint.

This was by far the worst experience we've ever had with the restaurant! It's as bad as the South Hanover location that recently failed their health...

Went here for lunch for myself and some co-workers 10/2/2025. Had 3 meals plus an added sandwich. Got back to work with the food, and only 3 sandwiches in the bag. So the guy who ran for the food for lunch, never even got to eat a lunch. For $40, I would expect someone to double check the order to make sure that you are not defrauding a customer by charging them money and not give them a product. Plus, the co-workers that did get to eat said their sandwiches were cold. When I have a bad experience somewhere, I just don't go back ever. Im sorry to say Arbys, you just lost a customer. This is not the first time I had a bad experience with this Arbys, but my experience was bad enough, that it will be my last trip to Arbys. No more stealing my money and not giving me food. I don't reccommend gambling your money for food here, you will lose, the house...

I normally get arby's a lot, however today was not the day apparently. The guy taking orders messed up pretty bad. I get it's fast food, however paying 20 something dollars and receiving one of the orders all wrong is annoying. I had to go back in and ask the guy for Crinkle fries instead of curly fries, and sauce. no biggie, It happens. However when I arrived home to eat my Sandwich that I ordered it had gyro sauce on it, when I specifically communicated to the guy who was taking my order. I just wanted The seasoning, Roast beef, the pita bread, and the cheese. I tried to call if I could get a make it right, or a possible refund the next day, because I didn't feel like coming back. The same dude, picked up the phone, and had a rude tone, and sarcastically said Bye-Bye. I probably will not be going to this...
