I truly wish I could leave 5 starts because I love the coffee here, usually everyone is so kind and the environment is lovely. Earlier today, my mother went in and Zek/Zack was extremely rude to her to the point of not wanting to take her order. My mom had to speak to Ethan instead, who kindly took her order. If you can’t believe it, trust me, neither could I. I cannot believe people like this are being hired to taint the name of this amazing small business. I took it upon myself to go back with my mom to talk to him but he wasn’t there. I spoke to Ethan instead and thanked him for how wonderful he is because in the years I’ve been coming around, he has always offered amazing customer service. I’ve recommend this place to dozens of people who travel from Maryland just to pick up coffee on the weekends. I hope zec/zack learns a bit about customer service from his colleagues. I literally cannot say enough good things about this place! We moved into the area about 4 months ago and have always had an amazing experience every single time we come into this special place! The coffee is the best we have found (whole beans to take home AND their amazingly unique hand crafted bevs) and the people are even better. Our kids are treated with just as much respect as we are and included in the conversations had with the coolest owners around, and they really go out of their way to make it a special experience every single time. One kind guy even took the time to carry my coffees out to my car for me while I was trying to balance my two kiddos and make it out the door. Such a neat place to check out. As a huge coffee fan, I can 100% say this place is a must. Absolutely delicious coffee - flavor selection was amazing. Not to mention their premade options were creative and tasty. I got a protein coffee, which is not an option You find very frequently or in my experience at all. Such an amazing option for somebody like myself. My mom got the caramel popcorn drink and holy crap. It tasted just like caramel popcorn in the most best way. They definitely hit in my personality to a T with how unique the overall atmosphere, having protein coffee, and being absolutely delicious. Not to mention the man at the front was extremely helpful.
