Let's start from the beginning. We waited about 8 minutes to be seen by the waitress, which she seemed very nice initally but very focused on cleaning instead of service. My party was in there the night before as we were in town for business and ended up walking out because the woman who was cleaning the night before would not stop cleaning to serve customers we waited a total of 25 minutes and ended up leaving because we needed to be up early for work the next day and couldn't wait another half hour to eat. Back to today our waitress was very high, so high that she couldn't do her job either that or she just really didn't care. We definitely got entertainment with our breakfast as four crew members stood behind the partition in the back room and talked about how they like the manager but don't like working for them also they talked about being late and not even showing up to their shifts. There were curse words that were said and I can't even imagine how I would have felt if there was a child in the restaurant. We overheard that five people walked out this morning without paying their bills and that the staff members didn't even care. Our waitress couldn't get our order right at all and didn't respond when we asked her questions she just stared and not attentive. She spent most of her time behind the counter being very loud and arguing with the other staff members . There was a hair in the salt shaker which was gross. We told the waitress and she didn't respond. It's like she was a robot or something. She saw it and put the salt shaker back on the counter and then I had to show her again while pointing at the hair itself . The conversation previously talked about whoever made the Grits last night sucked. We really love eating out and establishments that make us feel super uncomfortable and paying hard-earned money to eat decent food but be treated poorly. It took the waitress five times visiting our table to bring us the correct food we ordered. The chef who was cooking yelled at her and told her she can't call orders but I heard her call the orders correctly. The waitress blamed it on the chef. The staff members who were also there before they finish their shift we're helping in preparation to leave and slammed the Box of bacon on the counter making me jump. The waitress's name was bree. Hire some better staff and do better Waffle House.

★★★★★ If you’ve never been to a Waffle House at 7 AM, are you even living? This place is like a well-oiled (and slightly greasy) machine. The waffles? Perfect. The hashbrowns? Scattered, smothered, covered, and possibly blessed by the breakfast gods. The service? Faster than my Wi-Fi on a good day. Our server had drinks on the table before I even blinked and took our order with the precision of a NASA engineer. Food hit the table so fast I wondered if they had a time machine back there. And the best part? The glorious symphony of the grill sizzling, plates clanking, and the occasional “ORDER UP!” in the background. Waffle House isn’t just breakfast—it’s an experience. 10/10 would let them feed me at any hour of the day (or night).

I arrived tried to open the door the young lady let me know that they didn’t open up until 6:00 am. I was okay because I had just got off . When I tell you the young lady was very professional. She walked to my car and let me know that they was open. I get in she greeted me and asked me what did I want to order. I hadn’t been there in a min so the menu has changed a lot. She then asks if I see what I want I tell her no. Well I told her I wanted the chicken breast breakfast. But I didn’t see it on the menu so she helped me with getting what I wanted.

This is thee MOST GHETTO WAFFLE HOUSE I've experienced!!!! The people are so rude, unprofessional, and inconsiderate...especially Anthony!!! Nothing about Anthony gives customer service or the female manager. I had to GOOGLE corporate's phone number to complain and about my refund, because their ignorant A$$es wouldn't provide the number. What is the point of offering online ordering if they're not even going to make the order????? Instead they stick the online receipt on the rail behind counter and make all the walk-in orders. Even when they realized my online order (ONE ALL STAR MEAL), that was ordered THIRTY MINUTES prior, hadn't even been started yet... Anthony told them to wait before they start my order and make an order he had JUST TAKEN for dine in. I had a HORRIBLE service experience Friday on my lunch break, but the food was good so I went back. I waited for SEVERAL minutes before even being acknowledged standing at the counter in front of the register. I was late returning to work because I wasted so much time in this place. I figured I'd give them another chance today and this time order online. Was I wrooooooooong!!!!! Never again!! The management I've seen between Friday and today definitely need some proper training!! When they're WRONG there's no accountability or apology...instead they HOLLER "HAVE A GREAT DAY!!" in the most ridiculous tone. Anthony did it today and a different lady Friday did the same thing...is that in training?? There's more to be said, but I'll save that for corporate. Where I come from, I know the hood spots be the best spots...food wise, but I don't spend my money with horrible service.

After reading other reviews it's clear it's the CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! This establishment needs to revamp. The food was good my first visit and that's the ONLY reason...

My family and I decided to eat waffle house for brunch today. I ordered food online, paid as well. When we arrived at the establishment, it was packed with tables with patrons who were waiting for their food and people who had not received service, also with angry people who had ordered online and had not received their orders. I had waited in over a hour for my food. The establishment was dirty, dishes all over the place, dirty used rags, customer service that was provided could have been better. People who came in and ordered after me got their food before me which was totally unacceptable. I had my children in the car including a baby.

Last month ago when I wanted to dine in with a friend, the employees told us that they didn't have a cook. They we're only taking to go orders and we had to do that in order to get food that evening. This specific location usred to be my family's go to for all times of course before Covid. During Covid , I understand that certain things have changed but after time has gone by now especially a year or two its completely unacceptable. My complains can really go forward than this, however I have tried to very patient with this business but honestly its disturbing and needs some serious changing. Why can’t I dine in or just shop in my own community. I shouldn’t have to feel like i have to travel out of my range for good business when its plenty of the same establishments around my areas. I would love my refund back because my...
