I didn’t want to make this review. this is my first ever review in life, but in October for my birthday Me and my boyfriend went to this restaurant thinking it was a food truck but they switched to being a restaurant and my boyfriend wanted to leave but I wanted to give it a chance since at the time it was 5 stars and the reviews were amazing and the pictures of the food looked delicious so we walked in and it was hot inside but I let it slide we ordered fries , tater tots , tacos , churros, Horchata, etc and it come to be $100 we dine in the food came out and it took 10 min r so and I at the fries and tater tots and I didn’t like them they tasted burnt and look grey I should’ve taken a picture but again I never made a review before so I wasn’t prepared anyway I told him I don’t like these fries etc I ate the tacos and it’s okay but we’re not confrontational people so we didn’t say anything and it was getting to hot so we left also the churros was hard too the horchata drink is not homemade it’s the powered that you can buy from a store and make at home I thought it was going to be real and fresh but it tasted like water sugar but we just took everything home and was very disappointment with the experience I should of listened to my boo and left when we didn’t see a food truck I personally wouldn’t eat...
Read moreBeen seeing this place as Skinny's for some time now and never tryed it as Skinny's but decided on yesterday to try it while about to go get lunch at Your Pie across the street. This is the best decision that myself and my co-worker made especially being that we work in the area at FedEx. The restaurant was crowded with all kinds of people(Delta/Police/Govt workers) and every seem to be enjoying there food. We were greeted with a smile by the lady at the front taking orders as well as her explaining some of the other things on the menu to us. We ordered the cheeseburger specials and as we waited we saw so much more delicious looking food come out. We took our order to go and when I tell you that cheeseburger (loaded) and fries was DELICIOUS! the burger was seasoned and juicy and the fries were still tasty even thou we got our food to go. I can't wait to try some of the other things on their menu and to spread the word to the rest of my co-workers. Oh and the prices were reasonable as well. Sorry I didn't take photos but will...
Read moreI went to this restaurant with my boyfriend in October for his birthday and it was not what I expected at all. The horchata is not homemade as I hoped. It is made from horchata powder you can purchase from the farmers market. I swear there are more options available for American food than Mexican food. The only thing I liked were the fries and birria burrito. The churros were hard after only a few hours sadly and came with a really small cup of dipping sauce. I hoped my first experience of authentic Mexican food would have been more authentic. The building had a lack of...
