Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Happy Valley

I usually order dominos but they won't deliver only pizza hut does. I ordered and paid for the party box but recieved a call a few minutes later asking me if I could have two medium pizzas instead of the square pan ones because they were out of the pans or something. I said thats fine but was immediately hung up on, was the price difference I guess it did not matter? Then I recieved the pizza and both of the medium pizzas had been smashed to the side of the box so cheese was off of one side. I tried to fix them but the cheese had already gotten cold. So I have two cold half pizzas. The marinara sauce in the small container was almost empty which I assumed they were pre package? Did someone empty it? The wings and cheesy bread were fine but the wings container was caved in. I sat down with my family to eat the party box that I did not recieve but paid for and just told them this is why I drive to pick up dominos on sunniside down the street for pizza. Plus it came out to be 40 dollars for what I ordered and dominos is 5.99 for a medium pizza and any extra side like wings, cheese bread ect...

*I updated to three stars because they finally answered the phone and brought by our missing items. However, we also realized that they messed up on one of the pizzas we ordered. It got eaten, but it wasn't correct. (Was supposed to be BBQ sauce instead of classic marinara.)

I've given this location multiple tries, thinking it's just a fluke and they will do better the next time. I've had orders wrong, items missing, and one time it was cancelled. I've called to get help, and was hung up on 3 different times, one time I was on hold for 15 minutes before they even answered. Pizza had items missing, that were paid for, and another was made incorrectly - only green peppers on half, and it was on the entire pizza. One time, got Pepsi instead of diet Pepsi and it took me over 20 min to get ahold of someone to get it exchanged. I will say for the most part they are friendly, although once whoever answered the phone was rude. Sometimes they are on time, sometimes...

The manager and staff were very rude and this is unacceptable, they show lack of customer service skills, they said our order didn’t go through but we have receipts and the bank statement to show it did and then they delivered it, called us back 2 hours later yelling at us for no reason or communion at all and said we stole food and when i asked for the manager name and the ladies name they refused to provide it, and this is unacceptable i will not be eating at this location ever again, the lack of basic respect was not there and when i tried to reason saying we have proof an order number and the form of payment and our transaction through our bank, the manager refused to listen and threatened to call the police on us and hung up, i’ve only ever had problems with this location. She should not be the manager with lack of people’s skill and the way she makes...
