Updated 7/2023, Kilwins used to have the best ice cream in Harbor but NO LONGER. SKIP Kilwins and go to Harbor Ice Cream or Yummys which have not cut their portion size, quality or taste. Summer of 2023 Kilwins has cut the portion size significantly from what it was last summer, shameful. Kilwins should be ashamed. We used to get Kilwins at least once a week, no longer… Kilwin’s going corporate shows, and the quality and flavor are not what they used to be either. Kilwins is now all about the money grab.
