Dunkin' — Restaurant in Hardyston Township

This is possibly the worst dunkin i’ve ever been to. First there are 7 people behind the counter and one is taking orders while one is making coffees and the others are just standing there with a clipboard doing nothing. They messed up on one of our coffees. It was super simple… all we wanted was a hot coffee light and sweet with cream. We literally saw them not put sugar in it, so we asked for sugar and instead of them listening to the customer like you’re supposed to they gave us an attitude and started getting loud with us. We walked out because it’s not worth it but instead the WORKERS kept giving us an attitude as we are walking out. I’ve never had an experience like this with a dunkin it’s pathetic do better and learn some manners. I work as a server and would never treat a customer as such, very bad look for this...

Second time I went to this location and ordered a big and toasty It was hardly toasted hardly no bacon and no cheese . Also order plain bagel with cream cheese not toast. Beagle was hard very stale. Will not be going there again. I tried this place again since under new management but still no good Will never go back again. Don’t think it’s under new management. Food is the same. So I tried again on 11/24/2024. Thought maybe it would be good but no it was so bad got a croissant with egg cheese and sausage and hash browns. The hash browns tasted old the croissant had bacon egg and cheese. The egg was gray, the bacon was raw, threw away the whole meal this is it definitely not under new management...

Please don't waste your time here i just came in today morning around 7am no one was around no cars only me I got in order my food after a few minutes cars start coming through the drive thru mind you im still there waiting on my food a simple order for 1 person .
