Sab's Candy Shop — Restaurant in Harlingen

I ordered candy from them may 16th. After a week or two weeks I emailed them and asked where my package was and how I could get a tracking number. They emailed back and said that it was taking a little longer than usual to get packages packed and shipped. No problem. So then a couple more weeks passed and I emailed again and said I just wanted a refund because the wait time was ridiculous. Never emailed back and the next day I got an email with the tracking number. Awesome. That was Wednesday the 2nd it said our package shipped, well today the fourth I got an email saying it was delivered. I go and check my mail and nothings there. So I go look again and it was delivered in a town hours away from me. So we call the actual store and the woman was so rude saying we needed to call the post office to get a refund that they couldn’t give me one. Well first of all obviously the wrong postage slip was put on the package for it to go that much further away. And 2nd she told us that they had insurance. So they have insurance and won’t give us a refund or resend us a new package? Because it was their fault that we didn’t get our package. We paid 10$ for shipping and almost $40 all together. Well my husband took me to cheer me up cause he wanted to try it, well we finally order after like 20 minutes we told thw lady helping us like 3 times which one my father in law wanted well what's our surprise that she didn't even put it in. We waited like 30 to 45 minutes to get our stuff. Once we realize thwy didn't put one item I go to order it the guy tells me its $10.82 I look at him and ask is $10.82 even though it's $5. He goes to say yes well it's there but it's mot $5 . I was like it it i. The specials sheet it is literally on the top row why you have it on the sheet where the specials are if it is not. That Is very unprofessional I work in the food industry and you don't do that. All he said was yes ma'am I understand. Well obviously he didn't. So I go pay the $10.82 for a $5 dollar thing im waiting for my receipt he just stares and me with like a what you want look. So I ask for my receipt and his like oh I didn't get it. I was like really wow. I wouldn't doubt that he over charge to pocket the money would.i recommend this place no very unprofessional staff rude to a point a d attitude. I was so excited to try this place after following their page and seeing all their delicious treats and food, but I was insanely disappointed. The food is ridiculously priced. I paid nearly $18 for a small, BURNT quesadilla with barely any cheese. It was more hot cheetos than anything, the tortillas were thin. The raspas were good. I spent almost $50 for a quesadilla, nachos, and two raspas. No thank you.

Your employees should know not to send out such terrible looking food. The lady who is always on the social media posts was there. Yall should've remade it, I wasn't in the mood to argue and I am entitled to leave an honest review. You guys are always quick to reply but you have several reviews stating your food sucks and is overpriced. I want aware you yourself ate this burnt mess, there was nearly no cheese.
