Today is the inaugural opening day for this Starbucks. When I arrived, it was surprisingly slow for it being opening day and Harlingen’s love for their cafecito. As I enjoyed my deliciously made Americano, clientele began to trickle in and I was watching these new baristas handle their business in a friendly and professional manner. When I’m hankering for my caffeine fix (hot or cold) this will be my Starbucks of choice.

This Starbucks is very disorganized, 4 out of the 5 times I’ve ordered online, my order isn’t done correctly, I’ve gotten an iced latte instead of a hot one, I’m waiting on one of two drinks, I make my order early and I arrive and people who order at the counter are in and out and my order hasn’t been started. I’m not the only one because I’ve witnessed other customers getting their order corrected. This staff needs retraining or some experienced baristas need to be moved to...
