I frequented your restaurant and the manager’s customer service and LEADERSHIP was absolutely HORRIBLE!
I was in the drive-through trying to recap my order to the woman who was taking the order. When asking her to repeat my burger order as their was a delay in response when providing my order, she called it back out to me and said “NO MAYO.”
I then informed her, “Yes I want mayo.” Her response was “You didn’t say that (rude tone). And then she said $9.94 in another RUDE TONE as her rebuttal.
I was appalled at the tone and immediately asked at the window for a manager as the Hispanic woman in a black top along with an African American girl with a nose ring in a red top stood at the window. The Hispanic woman in the black top said “I am the manager.”
I then asked “who took my order please?” Hispanic woman said “I did.”
Please be advised I asked her for her name and she stated “I’m not giving you my name” as I wanted to address her by name instead.
I then asked her if she had a manager over her available and her reply was “NO”
I asked for the store number (identifier) as I knew I had to file a complaint and response was “you can get it ONLINE.” (ALL ON CAMERA)
My final remark to her was:
You have an employee in front of you, if anything you should be leading by example.
If their is Audio at the window, I urge you all to check the VIDEO FOOTAGE.
This is not the type of management you want representing your company and running your company.
I’m a pleasant individual and like to extend grace, but this customer service and level of leadership TODAY, completely unacceptable especially with an employee in front of her.
I’m very fond of “leading by example.” If you show employees you don’t care about the customers or rudeness is okay, that’s what they will mimic.
I do not know of her name, but DEMETRI is the name of the manager at the bottom of the RECEIPT.
I want the actual store MANAGER, GENERAL MANAGER, or DISTRICT MANAGER to contact me asap as I have also filed a complaint via the website.
The store hasn’t even been open a month and the GOOGLE REVIEWS are already at 3.1 stars. Part of those bad reviews are coming from the CUSTOMER SERVICE that’s being provided. I urge you all to IMPLEMENT ADDITIONAL CUSTOMER service training immediately and review the cameras to see how your customers are being treated via...
Read moreI visited the new Cookout in Harrisburg around 10:30 pm and had a disappointing experience. When placing my order at the drive-thru, my milkshake was mistakenly rung up as a sweet tea. Even though it wasn’t my error, I was asked to pay the $1.50 difference, which I don’t think I should have had to cover.
While waiting, I noticed the staff playing around inside instead of focusing on customers—at one point Ayame, the cashier, knocked the hat off another employee right before he opened the second window for another customer. The overall impression was that staff were more interested in goofing off than providing good service.
When I checked my food before leaving, I saw that the portions of cheese bites were inconsistent—one box had only three while another had nine. I even took a picture of them side by side because I couldn’t understand how that was fair. When I asked about it, the response I received was, “I don’t know what to do,” which wasn’t helpful. Finally, when I asked for a phone number to call the next day, I was told that they didn’t know the number.
For a brand-new location, I expected more attention to accuracy, consistency, and customer service. I hope management takes steps to provide better training and professionalism so future visits are...
Read moreOrder is wrong. I asked for a side of cheddar bites and a Dbl cheeseburger tray with lettuce tomatos onions ketchup mustard and mayo with chili cheese fries with grilled onions and jalepenos. I also asked for another Dbl cheeseburger tray. The man repeated the order and everything he said was right. We get to the window pay and the lady hands us 1 drink and our food. I wave and ask for the other drink she said “I gave you two drinks” when i only got one. Then i said we were missing the cheddar bites. She said “it’s not on the Receipt” which i doubled checked before leaving she was right. But when the man repeated the order cheddar bites was the last thing repeated so maybe he forgot to add it? I get home and the jalepenos and grilled onions are in the burger not in the chili cheese fries. There was no tomato on my burger. I’m looking at the receipt and even the receipt is wrong which make sense why the whole order was incorrect....
