KFC — Restaurant in Harrison Township

This is on my home from work, so on at least a Friday or two a month, I stop here to get the family meal deal. However, most of the time, they are out of fried chicken. How does a chicken restaurant not keep chicken fried. This time i was told it would be at minimum of a 45-minute wait for more, and this is with nobody else in line or dining inside. They close their doors, usually by 9 pm. I was there at 7:15 pm. They asked me if I wanted them to drop some. I asked why they were not already cooking some if they were out. The lady responded that "so far there hasn't been anyone who wanted to wait." How do they not have enough common sense to put on more chicken when there isn't any left! If this was the 1st time, I would just let it go. However, it is not. Usually, to fill my 12 piece order, it is they have to mix regular and extra crispy, or I have to take whatever pieces are left to get 12 pieces, or wait 20 minutes. I don't understand this KFC. The food is usually good, when they have it, but it is not worth driving there and then having to go somewhere else. I also don't understand how management can't see sales are low and step in to find out the problem. Please fix this issue before you also become another restaurant out...

Been here several times in the last year and all was good up until this week. Two days ago I went to drive through at about 7 pm - the sign stated speaker wasn’t working, and to pull up to the window to order. After waiting over 20 minutes to get to the window (3 cars were in front of me), I was told that all that was left was a thigh and two wings. I told the worker that they should have closed the drive through and he said “that’s what I said.” Tonight, two days later I go back. Pull up to drive through and again sign says speaker not working. Since there were several cars ahead of me I parked and went in to order. After waiting at least 10 minutes, and hearing other customers complain about recent problems here, I placed an order for two meals- one with two drum sticks extra crispy, the other with white meat extra crispy. I Was told a few minutes later there were no extra crispy legs, only thighs. I asked if they had original legs, and they said yes, so I said that was fine. I get home and I have a meal with two thighs original recipe (not legs) and the white meat meal original recipe as well (not crispy). To top it all off, there were...

There were a number of things wrong. After waiting for a long line of customers to place their orders, the cashier asked us to wait a minute. Over five minutes later a different person came over to help. Our bill was wrong (prices on menu were less than receipt) but I didn't say anything because they wanted to charge more for the gravy to be on the side instead of mixed with the mashed potatoes.

I was able to eat my entire meal while my kid went back to get ketchup. The guy in front of her waited the same time to ask for root beer from the back because the dining room machine wasn't working. They said they were out of root beer and making it. This is a KFC / A&W location...thought they'd have made it before lunch time?!

On the way out I stopped to use the restroom. It smelled like a months old port-a-potty and had urine on the walls and floor.
