Delicious pizza but I’ll be having my last Marcos pizza today. They refuse to fix the problem with their online orders. I live in a newer neighborhood (about 9 years old) so my address isn’t recognized in their system to do an online order and use coupons when I call to get it delivered to our house and get to use the coupon. Sometimes they are understanding and helpful after explaining. But today they just lost our business for the future and I’ll make sure to let others in the neighborhood know that the extra effort to get their pizza. In addition to the extra time and effort it take to order their pizza apparently they are rude now too. Today when we called the girl my husband was talking to was annoyed that he wanted pizza delivered even though it would be an hour wait. Then when he explained our address and wanted to use the coupon for online since their system doesn’t recognize us she gave him a lot of attitude and when proceeded to hang up on him. When he called back of course she answered again he asked to speak to a manager. The manager didn’t want to hear about the issue he was having and just wanted to put the order in. My husband insisted on explaining what happened and then once he was putting the order in she proceeded to Tell him coupons are online orders only. Clearly she hadn’t listened to anything he had said explaining our address and the problem with their system and there for not allowing us to place an online order. It finally got taken care of but we are done. I’ll eat my pizza extra slow to enjoy my last Marcos pizza. Luckily little Cesar and Pizza Hut are very fast and convenient although they don’t taste as good. My son picked it. He could've choose anywhere. I was not greeted, no big deal. No i contact. When i walked in the older lady was taking a phone order. She didn't seem very pleasant on the phone, but who im i to judge right? She hung up, walked away. Not a "Ill be right with you" or "Give me just a sec" or just a lil wave"? I waited patiently. 8 min, she came back. I didn't think it was that big of a deal to wait as they were busy. So no rush. She comes asked what i would like, i say a small white cheesy pizza, she says abruptly "WHAT ELSE!?" i say small greek salad. "What ELSE?!" I then say a "Large Cheese pizza" she says "THEY ALL COME WITH CHEESE!" theres one that has cheese and like a garlic crust, but at this point i felt i was being reprimanded by my parents. So she says "DRINKS!?" Like Im a hige inconvenience. Now I am feeling i shouldnt be here. I said a spirite she now very aggravated says to me I DONT NEED TO KNOW WHAT KIND JUST HOW MANY!!" Now wr dont go out to dinner often. So it is a treat. This women treated me like i wss just a piece of $=!+ . My salad was a fiasco to get. The young lady in the back motioned the words "Im sorry " which i did appreciate. I really feel, it was awful to make a custom feel like a huge inconvenience just because they are placing an order. Read moreCalled in a pickup order tonight. It took the employees forever to answer the phone, then I was placed on hold. After about five minutes they answered again then hung up on me. So I called back it took then five minutes or so to answer the phone. When I did get an answer I asked about the “deals” going on the buy two medium one topping pizzas for 6.99 each, they confirmed that was a deal. That’s what I ordered. Estimated pickup time was 18 minutes. Well I got to the store about thirty minutes later, where four employees were just standing around, it took a few moments for them to acknowledge me. When they did, they had my order wrong. Charged me for one pizza instead of the deal that was going on. Told me they couldn’t do anything about it except for make another pizza and charge me for it. Then Proceeded to say it would take another 18 minutes. The employee walked away from the counter without saying a word after I told him I wasn’t waiting that long for a pizza. So I left without any pizza. The customer service at this store is god awful. They are disrespectful and do not care about customer’s. This used to be a good pizzeria to buy from but now you cannot even get your order taken. I hope you find better employees instead of ones who just stand around and ignore paying customers.
