I've debated about posting this but maybe it'll help bring attention to some things. Their sugar free options are awesome and the people are pretty nice. But I've only went there maybe 10 times and there was a bug in my drink twice.... The first time I was so grossed out I didn't go back for a while and wasn't 100% sure it didn't crawl in on my way home so I eventually got over it but the second time the coffee had a gnat in it and I had the drink still in my hand maybe 2 minutes after given to me when I noticed... I understand things happen but I'm hoping that things will be a little more in check because I really love the coffee there. I also want to mention that I've pulled up a few times and all of the workers were sitting under the tent on their phones and one person drove right up to where you get your coffee without being helped. I really don't care about people on their phones but it was all of them and no one was paying attention and me and my mom sat for a bit before they came up to take our order. I'm going to continue to come here and I hope I can add more stars...

I am one who enjoys my coffee piping hot, mostly because I like to take my time and savor it. If it starts out only just above warm, it gets cold before I can finish it (me using a serious side eye towards that big international coffee chain. You know who you are with the barely above warm coffee!)
7 Brews has tons of syrup flavors, including probably the largest sugar-free collection of any coffee shop, big or small. Their drive thru lanes, while often long and busy, move QUICKLY. Seriously, don't ever let a long line stop you from visiting a 7 Brews. You won't be in that line for long because the staff are trained to keep the line moving. They are not only quick in completing orders. Everyone at every 7 Brews I've visited is quick, super friendly, and most of all accurate! I've never had a bad coffee or something wrong with my order. You can keep your green logo and donut shop coffee places. Give me a 7...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThey arenāt working the drive thru like theyāre supposed to. Most cars arenāt getting their orders taken until they reach the door/cart then have to sit for several more minutes to get their order.
I have been several times where there are anywhere from 1-4 workers out in the cave area at the back of the store just chit chatting while a line is backed out to the highway.
They arenāt exhibiting the expected 7Brew personalities. Theyāre not upbeat and welcoming like at other locations. They donāt all greet or say bye and some donāt even make eye contact the entire time.
The drinks are still great as usual!!! The drinks do occasionally have a different or lacking taste. It seems like they may still be working out the kinks of equipment and consistent measuring.
I asked if there were any new stickers once and was told āYeah if you want to pay for them.ā And then she...
