This is easily the best pizza in Harrison, it’s not even a close contest. The atmosphere is beautiful inside and out on the deck. This is the only place in Harrison where I can eat, drink, and smoke my cigars at the same time. The staff is fast and efficient the food is delicious I haven’t had a bad meal at this place, even if it’s just an order of pizza sticks they are delicious and the sauce is loaded with Italian flavor and spices. There are just enough TVs too be able too watch what you want without it being too much. They have an amazing selection of beer both domestic and imports in tap and they have a real micro brewery on premises with a constantly rotating choice of beverages too choose from. And they just got approval to start making their own spirits I hear there going to start with rum I’m anxious too try that. The prices are a little bit more than the other places and quite a bit more than the big pizza chains and their crazy deals but you get what you pay for at Brick Oven Pizza. And as always the people who work there depend on tips so if you can’t leave at least a 15% tip you should take yourself around too the other side of the mall and have your Pizza,Pizza from little Caesar’s. Update: 12/28/24: So, as usual the service was super slow for us. 30+ minutes from order of app and pizza to delivery of appetizer. Then the pizza and check were delivered in 13 minutes. So, this time it was we forgot about you, then hurry and get out. I left the normal 18-ish% tip. The food was a 7.2, service 2.5. My rating: 6.4

Brick Oven Pizza company, plus Brick & Forge Brewery. A 2-fer, first time ever. I’ll start with the beer, that picture of a beer is the “Dirty Sally” kind of awesome American Brown Ale. She is a Dirty girl and I kinda like it. 😂 then we had the Bruschetta, it was very good as well. We tried two pizzas, 10 inch Big Italian, and the Margarita. No flop what so ever. Lots of crunch. And all homemade. The atmosphere you can see and feel. Excellent. We sat in the bar area in a booth. As a norm that will cause you to get better service of beer. They had just the bar tender working the bar, the peewee football team outside, the full outdoor seating, the bar area and the back room. This guy was keeping up, but he was one bad play call away from the enter defense breaking a leg. I’m just saying he needed a bar back. Less than thrilled with our first (and last) visit. Super cramped entrance people coming and going with no room to wait to be seated. Hostess acted as tho it would be the end of the world to seat us in a booth (despite more than one available). Got a table between the kitchen and the hostess/register stand- needless to say it was a super high traffic area and very loud. Kitchen staff kept yelling and waitresses would stand and talk directly behind us. Cheesy bread sticks were good but marinara was awful. Waitress kept grabbing our cups by the RIM to refill them (very thankful for the invention of straws), then brought our pizza in one hand with a bucket of cleaning solution and a rag in the other. As efficient and multitasking as that might be, it was disgusting. Hygiene and hand sanitation needs to be addressed. Wait staff needs to undergo serious training on proper table etiquette and food handling. Our waitress touched her face numerous times, then handled food, then cleaned, then handled more food without washing hands. Pizza was mediocre at best.
