Keepers — Restaurant in Harrison

I have been there twice, 1st time was Wednesday 9/27 prior to a NYRB Autograph event. Not crowded. Food was exceptional. Service was great. Atmosphere great as far as a Red Bulls Bar just across the street from the stadium, definitely has the potential to be legendary. The wings were amazing. 2nd time was a few days later on 8/30 for an actual game. Completely different experience. Even with a 5:45 reservation and prompt seating, we barely had enough time to make the game with only ordering appetizers and a burger. The restaurant seemed overwhelmed by the higher capacity. This time the wings were just average, like a different cook made them, and a major disappointment. There were other people next to us that didn't even get their food by the time we left and they'd been there just as long. Hopefully this is growing pains associated with having a new restaurant in a location with extreme high and low day to day capacity. I want...

As someone who lives in the building, I can confidently say that Keepers isn’t just a coffee spot — it’s a part of my daily routine, and a big reason for that is Nicole, the barista.

Nicole brings something special to the place. Every morning, she’s there with a warm smile and the kind of energy that starts your day off right. Her coffee? Always top-tier. She’s not just following a recipe — she knows what she’s doing, and you can taste it in every cup. Whether it’s my usual or one of her recommendations, it always hits the mark.

More than that, Nicole creates a sense of community. She remembers names, asks how your day is going, and has a way of making even quick coffee runs feel personal. As a resident, that kind of connection makes a huge difference. She’s part of what makes Keepers feel like home.

Six of us dined here recently and had a fantastic experience from start to finish.

We started with appetizers—hummus, buffalo wings, and Asian wings—and all were excellent. The wings were especially flavorful, and the hummus was fresh and creamy.

For our main courses, we tried a great variety: the hot honey chicken sandwich, tandoori chicken, kale Caesar salad, crispy fried rice, hamburger & truffle grilled cheese. Every dish was delicious, well-prepared, and arrived hot.

The restaurant has a full bar, and the drinks were a highlight. The spicy cucumber margarita was especially refreshing and had just the right kick. Everyone enjoyed their cocktails.

The service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and efficient without ever feeling rushed.
