Where do I start ! I don’t ever take the time to leave a review but I have to share for their knowledge and also for us as customers. I never in my whole life experienced something like this and worse that the manager itself aside asking what was wrong simply did nothing about it !!! The place has an amazing atmosphere and beautiful decor which is why my family and friends decided to reserve for a birthday party. We were so excited, the food options were very limited and for such a nice place the food options should really be updated because it would be so much better if they had more dinner options. We pretty much all got the same dish which was the steak dinner with rice and beans and apps, the waiter was expremely unpatient , unattentive and extremely rude. The dish came with chimichurri sauce and not all steaks had the sauce so we mentioned it to him and his best response was to bring out a cook/ or chef from the kitchen to yell at our table stating if we are blind , I have never been so offended in my life and didn’t get the chance to even state that maybe not all were missing it but we did have some without the sauce ! It would of been a different approach if he came to us and said “ hey is everything ok? Or I did put it on some and maybe not all “ but not come and tell a table full of customers offending us as if we were blind . It was as simple as bringing extra sauce and that was it and apologizing for something that was their mistake not ours ! To top it off the server then comes like q child and upset saying you got me yelled at ??? As if that’s my concern or worry . He speaks to the manager with what ever version was in his head and the manager asks us what happened we explained and he did nothing about it , never saw him after , absolutely nothing . And for the remainder of our time there the server completely ignored us and we just wanted to leave but needed boxes. We waited for ever for them and for the check and it wasn’t like a small meal we consumed a descent amount for 11 people. We were beyond offended that we went in to celebrate a birthday and didn’t even get to order desert or sing her happy birthday. By far it is the worst experience I have ever had and I felt so bad for my family that I decided to choose this place . I’m not sure in what world the staff thought it was acceptable to EVER treat your customers that way and for us to feel uncomfortable and be blamed for. I hope this serves as a moment where this place can take q step back and see how their own staff and place is going to be the reason why they don’t get clients . I am writing this because it is not okay and it wasn’t okay and if I let it be without stating this then it would make it okay or make you think that nothing happened . This should never have happened because this place has amazing potential but they really need to take q step back and work on their...

Special shout out to our waitress Alice aka Zoe Saldana who was super friendly, attentive, and inviting. The atmosphere of this location is large and spacious. It’s a restaurant and lounge setting. This location has 3 parts, a festive patio area where you can eat, drink and do hookah. The lounge area with the neon lights and the real bass and treble of the music with a bar and upstairs and downstairs sitting area to drink and do hookah. Then they have a back area that is another restaurant area with a bar. The music played by the disc jockey was a mixture of old and new school hip hop and R&B. Parking is in the rear of the building where you pay $20 cash only. Parking is limited in the lot space as well as parking is hard to find in the area especially on a weekend. The drinks 🍹 was really the main best part of the restaurant. Special shout out to the bartender Tyler who was hooking up the Sunset in Tijuana drinks. It was lightly sweet with a strong kick of Hennessy babyyyyy… The food in my honest opinion was mediocre, the fish (flounder) tacos wasn’t really seasoned, the sweet plantains wasn’t charred enough for me, the sautéed veggies was pretty good, and their version of a chipotle sauce. The guacamole was excellent, honestly best part of the dining experience. I will say they only gave you a small amount of guacamole with mad tortilla chips. The shrimp tacos that my cousin had was seasoned pretty well according to him. The bria tacos that my sister had was okay, she complained that it lacked seasoning to it. The main entrees that we all wanted was the MP Crispy fish of the day which was Red Snapper. However, it’s so popular there that they sold out quickly, which we all had to substitute the entrees that we ordered. Overall the ambience is great at this spot. I would definitely visit again for the experience. Their hookah was quite expensive in my opinion compared to majority of the spots, $45 where most places sale it for $25~$30. Our bill wasn’t that bad at all it came up to $150 for our drinks, appetizer and entrees. Keep in mind they automatically charge a gratuity service charge fee when using credit card. Also, I love how they do their birthday shot outs with a sign with your name and a shot of mixed tequila. I will definitely visit this spot again for the ambience, drinks, and to experience their sold out crispy fish of the day, lol…. All the staff there were pretty welcoming and friendly. Also, I will say its weird at the magnitude of security they have in this place, they all buffed out like their on steroids, some of them were wearing bullet proof vest, and they pat you down like you are entering the White House to see the president or entering a corrections facility. It’s a little overkill for me in a restaurant dining experience, Lmaoo.. However, I’m assuming past events required these staff to present themselves the...

I don’t even know where to start that’s how disappointed I am. This was my second time here and I have never in my life had such terrible service. The place was not packed at all and my family was sat right away. The waitress hands us our menus about 6 minutes after being sat and says “I’ll be back to take your order” I asked “can we order our drinks while we wait?” She says “oh sure” she takes our drink and comes back 15 minutes later and says “oh you still don’t have your drinks?” I’m Confused because I clearly seen her give every other person their drinks. While we were waiting my husband’s iPad menu dies so we’re stuck sharing one, she takes our orders and our appetizer and our son’s food comes out together. My son wanted chicken tacos on a flour tortilla instead of corn. They bring him out a quesadilla. He touches the quesadilla and starts eating his French fries when my husband and I look at each other and say wait he orders chicken tacos. A kitchen manager comes out and says “oh I’m sorry I gave you the wrong order” and takes the food back. He goes back in the kitchen rearranges the quesadilla my son and husband clearly touched and brings it out to someone else. The chicken tacos didn’t come with cheese and the chicken was spicy so my son just ate his fries and pieces of the flour tortilla. Next our food comes out. I ordered a shrimp pasta with poblano sauce. My shrimp was burnt to rubber and my pasta had zero taste. I asked the waitress for some salt and a refill because I was going to attempt to fix my dish hoping a little salt would help. Do you believe this waitress came backs 21 minutes lates with my sprite and NO SALT. The food was already cold as long as I waited so I asked to speak to the manager. The manager was very nice and took my plate and sons plate off the bill. We get the bill and for one dish, three sodas, and one appetizer SIXTY NINE DOLLARS! The reason for the price is because they automatically charge you 18% gratuity, a non cash price along with some over hidden fee. We gave the waitress our card because we just wanted to leave and my husband looks at me and says “how much was our bill again?” I said “$69 why?” And he proceeds to tell me then why did I get charged $82 dollars?! I walk up to the manager and the waitress and ask for a copy of our receipt and she proceeds to tell me “this is your card?!” I told her five times which debit card was mine and she says “oh I mixed the cards up mind you it’s not like the cards looked ANYTHING ALIKE! Long story short WE WILL NEVER BE BACK!! Traumatized for life! There’s some people who belong in certain professions and the waitress we had was definitely in the wrong one! She gave finding Dory vibes because...
