You will get addicted to this workout! The trainers are motivating, creative with their routines and genuinely invested in making the most of their time with you. I had no real expectations going in, however I quickly became addicted to hitting and kicking the bag!

The facility is clean and in good shape. Everyone I have come in contact with has been friendly and welcoming and I have had no issues so far.

My only advice would be that if you decide to get a membership, invest in a different pair of gloves. CKO provides you with a pair of gloves at each level (trial offer and membership), however based on the advice of a friend that boxes, I bought a different pair and they just feel different. The gloves given to you by CKO are adequate and will do the job, however you will feel the difference with another pair.

Overall you won't be disappointed and I highly recommend...

Joining cko Harrison was the best decision for my fitness goal. I was looking for a gym closer to home for a while and CKO was the perfect choice. All the kickboxing trainers are awesome- each with a different style and the gym also has an amazing functional training boot camp.

All classes are available at convenient times and there are multiple classes in a day to choose from. This gives you the flexibility to plan your workout as per your interest without internet with your daily routine or weekend activity.

It’s been over 2 months with CKO and I have enjoyed each sessions and also see improvements in my energy, changes in my body already. I always look forward to the workout sessions 😎
