The worst long term parking near Newark. We had a terrible experience with LAX. During our return journey, we had to wait for their shuttle service for 1.5 hours. During this time we had to call multiple times at their office for a follow up. Driver was extremely rude. She was smoking e-cigarette thru out the time of the ride. I doubt if passengers were safe with them. The driver did not have the courtesy to drop as directly to the parking lot since we were already waiting for 1.5 hours. Instead she went round and round the airport looking for more passengers, which she finally did not find any(may be miscommunication with other passengers as well). When confronted, she did not respond. Driver took the longest route(may be on purpose). She is the worst driver that I have ever ever seen. Driving was very rough and harsh with applying sudden brakes every now and then. My younger daughter and I ended up throwing up in the bus. Thankfully, we were carrying some plastic bags that helped. When we got down at the parking spot and let the management know about the ordeal, they started making excuses and not even apologizing. Soon there was a heated argument between us(there was another family travelling with us) and the management. We left since none of the people from the office management agreed to anything we said and they did not apologize.
I do not want anyone else to go thru the same experience as us especially when you are travelling with young kids and you are already tired from a journey and are looking forward to get back home.

Read moreParking, location, availability is great! Customer service this time not so much. Speaking to a manager, Rona, about a question I had with my account was extremely frustrating and upsetting. Someone who speaks to you in a high volume and then once called out on makes an excuse that he is alone, he has 2 customers in front of him, his computer is down, and basically stating that I am wasting 20 minutes of his time because I RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM THEM about my account is maddening. I am not sure who is training this Rona person, but he needs a basic lesson in customer service and phone etiquette. Working in the hotel industry, this kind of behavior is totally unacceptable. I am hoping not to ever discuss anything over the phone with this person again. I'd much rather do everything online. And, to think I was very much happy with how service was whenever I speak to other workers in their office, my attitude towards this parking center whenever I have to come in their office is gonna be soured because of such a bad interaction. RONA - rule of thumb for us in the service industry, never show that you are pressured or stressed. As much as I have been through the weeds myself, I am more than happy to just call back another time if that helps you and you ask nicely. Read moreI was very upset with this garage,not sure I would recommend them.I scheduled our parking 2 months in advance for our vacation..We were traveling from CT and I scheduled our start to be for 6am.Scared we would be late for our flight and going thru TSA,we left a Lil early and made it there for 445a.m. The garage would not let us enter..Called the customer service number and was informed in order to enter earlier we would have to cancel our previous reservation and create a whole new one for the time we wanted to enter.The catch is that the cancelation policy states u can only cancel 24 hours prior or you will pay full price.The website also did not allow me to cancel it ,the option was greyed out.I made a new reservation and we parked.while finding our gate in the airport I spoke with an agent and after requesting I recieve a credit for the previous reservation, he spoke w his manager and eventually said it would be refunded 7-10 days.They did resolve it however I had to go on vacation with $155 less and had aggrevation that could have been avoided if they would have just let us in and charge us for the difference of an hour +..Change...
