So I would normally say this McDonald's is amazing. But tonight I'm pretty disappointed. I come by after work quite often around 1-2am. I am usually getting out of a 12+ hour shift and am pretty hungry. McDonald's is the only place open this late. But sitting in your drive thru for more than 10 minutes when there is only one car at the window is ridiculous. You lost 3 customers tonight. All 3 cars in your drive thru left.
Since when is THIS acceptable customer service. You guys are usually so great. And so nice to me when I come through. Always make me great food. But the last couple weeks, I have gone home hungry multiple times because you just won't help me over the speaker.
Please fix this. I am a very loyal customer. And I am about to NOT be a very loyal customer.

Edited to add: I am a manager for Hollister Domino's and we just had a meeting where the main focus was customer experience. You should train your employees in customer experience. Your customers are what keep you open. Especially your regulars. I go to McDonald's every single day before work to get my coffee and at least 3 times a week after work to grab a burger. But it's hard to keep up that habit when lately my experience has been horrible. I wish you would start seeing your customers as people instead of just another person in line. The things that this McDonald's does well is they are fast.
Things I noticed they can improve in is cleanliness particularly since there's lots of kids here.
You can eat inside.
This is a little poor not a great location as far as turning in and out and getting bigger vehicles in.
Management and staffing could use some work. And it would be nice if they would learn how to prompt people if they're going to get an extra charge. But also be nice if they were more giving when they made a mistake.. the old Management on this site would compensate people when they messed up haven't noticed that about the new restaurant that's been built. Overall McDonald's have raised their prices in the quality of food is dropping.
One of the biggest falls of this restaurant is that they rely very heavily on their kiosk now this may be a new thing that all the McDonald's are doing but I noticed they have secluded one little corner where someone can see what's going on in the store and everyone else is in the back. Read moreWe eat breakfast at this location frequently. We have really not had a problem until today. The gentleman who took my order inside the restaurant was very pleasant. Gave my order, the lady who brought my order yo the counter was a little rude in her delivery but it was busy in the drive thru so maybe that was the reason. I ordered a coffee with 5 sugars there was no sugar in the bag. I tried to get her attention but she was busy and clearly ignoring me, I excused my self to ask about the sugar, and she looked my way for a second and asked another employee “Could you see what that lady wants, I can’t understand her”. Well the young lady came over and I asked if the sugar had been put in the coffee or ??? She did not know and the lady who was rude did not answer her either. This lady was wearing a gray button up shirt and she was heavy set. I have been in customer service my whole life and this kind of behavior just upsets me to no end!! There is no excuse for it.
