Nature's Wonders — Restaurant in Harrison

They're crooks. $10 for a dozen eggs. $12 for milk. $9 for a tiny pack of turkey. They're out of their minds and so is anyone who shops here. I can get the exact same brand names of food from other stores at half the price, so why are they marking them up so much? Even other natural food stores are cheaper. Stores like this are the reason Walmart and Bill Gates are staying in business. I'd rather just pay them since it's the brands that are making most of the profit anyway if the stores aren't marking them up much rather than line Nature's Wonders' pockets as the extortioning middleman. Side note, the staff are not "health food people" as one would expect. Another issue is I had a question for a manager and they said they don't come to the phone and gave me their email and I tried twice to email the manager with no response. Also a very bad way to do business.

I dropped several hundred dollars a month there for about a year, ordering food in bulk with a 10% discount, and one day the owner decided she was saving me too much money and she decided I could no longer get the special order discount.

I really like this store at the end they have an option to bring in your own bottles and fill them up with herbs and spices. I use to live in a city so there was a bulk store near by. It says they do have bulk, but it's packaged. The whole point of buying bulk at least for me is that I can bring in my own containers and bags to fill them up with grains. I don't know anyone here trying to do zero waste so I guess this is why I don't see bulk stores like I would in another state. I just hope they have more things available that include packaging that can be recycled more than once and less plastic packaging. Also maybe have products like bees wrap which replaces cling wrap. My mo had great service on the vitamin side. We were greeted and she was able to get her help right away. I however wanted to look at the grab food and smoothie side. All the "grab" food had tomatoes, that's a me thing, but turned off me off to looking any further. There was a customer there already so I couldn't see the menu, sorry bad eyes!
