Subway — Restaurant in Harrison

I’ve had my worst subway experiences at THIS subway. It’s just a sandwich but it’s the point. Today I ordered online and when I got there all the employees were talking and making sandwiches, and it seemed like it was what I ordered so I just sat down and scrolled while I waited. Couple minutes later the lady literally throws a bag of sandwiches down on the counter and just heads back towards the register. I got up to check it and it was mine. Despite wanting to react, I just left and made a comment to Subways Support. Not sure if they care. I like 20 mins away. I got all the way home and my sandwich is PITIFUL. There’s nothing on it, it’s not cut, I don’t even have any cheese, barely a bacon, and hardly none of what I specifically asked for more of. I even left a comment asking if they would please put extra. I tipped $2 for someone to just give me whatever and throw it up on the counter. This isn’t the first time but it’ll be the last time I go to this Subway. I took pictures and I’m going to talk to their manager tomorrow and we will see if there’s anyone professional that works there. I would advise...

I honestly like eating at Subway, but I have to share this:

I ask for my sandwich as usual They ask me if I wanted it toasted I said yes, please.

Then!!!! The other woman who was at the vegetable side starts scratching her neck pretty hard wearing the transparent gloves they usually use.

She didn't change gloves just acted as normal.

I said no vegetables hoping she would not touch the sandwich itself.

Sad story, she did touch the sandwich and I'm still hungry...

I do not know if this is common practice or whether people like their sandwiches done like that but I fe...

I rarely leave a bad review anywhere. In fact this may be my first. Prices for footlong subs are about 2 dollars more than any other subway. They have no brown mustard and I tried to order a meal with cookies instead of chips. Any subway I've been to prior to this (I've eaten at Subway in multiple countries) allows you to substitute 2 cookies for chips. But they tried to charge me for a meal PLUS cookies. $14 and change for a meal I get for $10 and change...
