February 15th,2025 We entered the restaurant and was told to come to the counter to place or order (which was fine,we have been ask to do so before). The first young lady at the counter told me, "we do not have lemon's for your water),when I ask. I knew they did because I have gotten them there many time's!! The second waitress came on to switch out the first and guess what? I got lemon's when I ask (she is excellent and sweet and always has been)!!! The next problem is we ordered a meat lover's pizza that came out with the crust burnt, (when we ask our waitress to take it back,she was told to tell us that it wasn't burnt, that it was just crispy,but the cook would fix it again). First off he did NOThave the pizza long enough to make another one and second off when it came back out, there was black burnt pieces you could see on my plate. Wish I would have taken a picture, but I didn't. When I went to the counter to pay for my two BEER and soda and not my pizza, I was told that he cooked it twice and that I needed to pay for it and I refused (because it was deguisting and burnt with hard crust)! I was told by the cook (guess he might be the owner), "TO GET OUT AND THAT I OWED NOTHING AND TO NEVER COME BACK"!!! Read moreChildren running around who are hanging out because of the workers. They're eating where food is being made. They're jumping on booths and shelves, and also bothering customers. This should NOT be a daycare. It should be a business. The waitress also totally neglected us. Thanks for being the worse Ciros in the area.
I also want to add to this post that a worker on here left a laughing face on my Facebook review. When right below this review they pretended to be empathetic.
This alone says everything about this restaurant.
If you go on their reviews, you will see a whole lot of reoccurring complaints. Dirty restaurant (Someone even compared it Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares), Ignoring customers, bad customer service, lackluster food, slow deliveries, and overall rudeness. Don't take my word for it, go look up recent reviews if you're ever curious.
The same worker who left a laughing face, also left a 'positive' review on Google for this restaurant. I REALLY hope this isn't an owner but sure, leave good reviews for yourself instead of fixing issues. If you want to leave a good review for yourself, that would be fine. To have all these issues, mock customers (also a reoccurring complaint), and purposely paint a false picture of how this place is run, is pathetic.
