Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Harrisonburg

Ordered a pizza for pick up online, it said it'd be ready between 2:36- 2:41. Arrived at 2:43 to be given a beeper and told it still wasn't ready. By 2:50 still had not heard anything went in the store and was told it still wasn't ready, at 3 the pizza was finally given to me only to have no crust on half the pizza and no cheese on 2 slices. Asked for the manager who was just rude and saying how she was training someone who kept screwing up, was not offered any type of compensation only asked if I'd like to wait for another one, having Ordered at 2:20 originally I asked for a refund instead and had the pizza removed from my hands before I could get a picture she quickly gave to one of her cashiers to take to the back. Awful experience all around, she refused to give me corporates number and or speak to her boss, whom she went to speak with and then was told she'd been told to call the police if I did not leave. I cannot be anymore angry!!! In general, I understand being busy and short of staff but that cannot be an excuse for me to wait a freaking hour for 1 pizza and 1 cheesebread! First of all the cashier doesn't care and doesn't even want to be there so why hire teens that don't want to be there in the first place!!! Need New staff!!! Secondly people that came after me, were getting there food before I got mine!!! Third, after 30 mins, I went to check if mine was ready and they said no it's not ready. So they made me go wait again for another freaking 20 minutess!!!!!!!!! That is unacceptable!! I went back to go get my refund after the hour passed!! Though we all make mistakes a freaking "I am sorry for the wait" Would have been freaking nice!!!! But nobody said nothing and didn't even offer a freaking discount at least!!!! Ordered a large pepperoni in the drive through at 8:03pm, was told it’d be a 5 minute wait. Pull around to the front of the store to wait. Was given a beeper, after about 20-25 mins I went in to ask how much longer. Took probably about 10 minutes for an employee to see that they had customers in the store. The young man completely ignored me as I was standing at the counter and helped the customer behind me and went to the back. Another few minutes and the manager came out to the front. I was able to ask and was told “it’s in the oven, sorry baby.” And she went to the back as well. I wanted a refund after the amount of time I had to wait and especially after discovering our pizza was RAW when we got home.
