We ordered a cake well in advance for our daughter’s birthday, and this bakery completely forgot about it. No call, no message—nothing. We showed up expecting a finished cake on her special day, only to be told they didn’t make it. They seemed completely unbothered and gave a half-hearted apology like it was no big deal.

This wasn’t just a cake—it was for our child’s birthday, something we trusted them with. Their lack of organization and accountability ruined an important part of our celebration.

What kind of business forgets an order and then acts like it’s just another day? Unprofessional, unreliable, and clearly lacking basic customer service. We will never be ordering from them again, and I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere if your event actually...

Yesterday 11/02/2024 I ordered a birthday cake for my son, pick up today at 3pm 11/03/2024 for the celebration. The cake was supposed to have 3 leches (a famous hispanic recipe), and they charged me almost $50 bucks. What a disgusting surprise to find out. Hoy fui a comprar pan de El paisano panadería y el pan esta bien duro como uno PIEDRA y mi mamá fue a regresar el pan porque ella esta cansada que las panaderías siempre quieren vender su pan duro. Y la señora fue mal educada y grosera y en vez de disculparse que SU PAN esta mal. Y todavía no salíamos de la puerta y ella dice “oh my god”! Nunca se disculpó solo hizo gestos diciendo que el pan era de hoy y después que era de ayer. Si nos regreso el dinero pero el problema es que estás panaderías quieren vender su pan viejo y duro al mismo precio que el pan fresco! A los clientes que regresen a esta panadería asegúrense de revisar el pan antes de comprarlo!!

Today I went to purchase sweet bread at El Paisano bakery and the bread I purchased was extremely hard and dry like a rock! My mother is sick and tired of our local bakery’s selling their old hard bread so she went to return it back to the bakery and the lady was extremely RUDE! Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience she calls the owner and they start questioning my moms opinion and knowing that the bread is like a ROCK!
