I'm not much of a usual Starbucks customer, but it's hard to not stop by this location every time I pass by. The drinks are great for whatever that's worth-I'm not a coffee connoisseur-but what really sells the location for me is that every employee in this store is always so friendly and helpful. I typically have a lot of questions about all of the different types of drinks and items on the menu, and the staff is always patient and attentive. When the location is busy, the employees never lose their upbeat attitude and care for the customer. Store is well managed and everyone that works there seem to genuinely like each other and get along like a group of friends. Location is great, right off the interstate so that I take to work, and right off of port road that I take to go into Harrisonburg. The inside of the store is always clean and tidy. Really made me more of a fan of the franchise, and raised my expectations of what to expect when I go to Starbucks on the road.

Read more*Do Not Waste Your Time At This Location *. Go to the other store less than 5 minutes away. They can actually prepare your drinks properly. First thing in the am and not a single other customer, barista made horrible drinks. Poured a cup full of barely warm milk and didn't leave enough room for espresso or anything else. Made a huge mess all over the cups and just put an extra cup over it and then spilled stuff all over that cup. I think this poor attitude towards customer service and a quality product probably stems from the management. When we gave our drinks back and asked for a refund, she didn't seem to care at all. When I called later in the day to speak to "a manager" the person who answered the phone was like "yeah, I already heard about you". When I said I think I should just call Starbucks, he said yeah, the number is somewhere. The bad customer service comes straight down from the top. The other Starbucks employee said that out situation happened more than you would think and they weren't surprised about our experience. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF...
Read more1 star is being WAY too nice. Why is it so hard to follow someone’s order. Paying extra for cold foam and it’s barely even the normal amount… maybe got 1/8th of an inch of cold foam. Then when you bring it up to the barista I just receive attitude. Get it remade and basically got it thrown at me. Didn’t even want to say it wasn’t even a full coffee the second time around so my amazing man had to bring it in to get it fixed a second time and being afraid of what we’d get a second time — he just asked for the ingredients to fix it so that he could fix it for me.
