Dunkin' — Restaurant in Hartford

On this day and time I came through there to buy a turkey egg,and cheese on a croissant and about and a half an hour later I was super sick to my stomach and I wa vomiting for over 10mins at my job,I also had a super super bad cramps going on in my stomach area,and now hours later after I took pepo bismol and I was still not relieved, so I attempted to call them here at the Noble gas station dunking donuts that is on the corner of Buckingham st and Hudson Street in hartford Connecticut, they never answered the phone period,and I have been trying g to call them numerous of times,and still to no avail,they don't even have a phone system set up to take phone messages.im am super unhappy with this service, Feb...

This place has machines that look futuristic! You get your iced coffee from a tap like a draft. The machine are all up to date like something you've Never seen before in any local Dunkin Donuts! I stop here regularly and don't usually have to ask for my coffees because the girl in the morning already knows ;-) Also the coffee is fresh and hot always! The iced coffee is ice cold as well!! The donuts & muffins are ALWAYS fresh. Every part of the station is always clean! Everything is stocked when u go to get a straw or napkins. I Won't go anywhere else now that I've been going to this Dunkin Donuts since they've opened. Once you go here you wont want to go anywhere else! Everybody runs on Dunkin....

The morning crew is polite and processes orders in a timely manner. I have experienced poor customer service from the younger African American male and a heavy-set Hispanic female on the afternoon shift. First experience was one in which they were there chattering oblivious of my presence at the cash register. My second bad experience was with the young man claiming that the toasters weren't working when I ordered a sandwich. Today they claimed that they did not have gloves to prepare food and refused to provide me with the manager's information telling me that "he just left".
